We had a quick and convenient checkin. The hotel is strategically situated near almost everything. Hotel room is clean and well organised, properly prepared and welcoming. Breakfast has good choice of food which included the local tocino. We had a great stay.

Buffet quality is the best in the city. Guests have a goodtime staying. Guest upon arrival gets welcome drinks and guest enjoy cold water supply from the water dispenser in the lobby. The front desk always ensure your special requests is always granted. Birthday month gets surprise gift a hand fan, pen or souvenier items. During rainy season the hotel provides umbrella. Parking is well lighted with cctv and available slots guaranteed.

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

The overall service is a top notch. We didn't try to dine in during the day but breakfast could do with more choices. The staff from housekeeping, breakfast staff, reception and lobby guard. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, courteous and they are all a Star making our stay so comfortable and easy.

Wir lieben die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer! Wir buchten das Zimmer für 3 Pax, so bekam man einen Königsbeg und einen Extrabeutel. Wir waren überrascht, dass es überhaupt nicht schütteln. In der Tat ist das Zimmer so geräumig, bis das Waschzimmer mit Toilettenschrank, Dusche und Badewanne getrennt ist, was ich wirklich das trocken-wette getrennte Konzept schätze. Auch gibt es kleine Wohnzimmer, das ich fühlte, als im Studio zu bleiben!

The room was very clean,bedding smelled fresh, bathroom was fresh. The location was near the airport and a busy street, but the room was quiet. There was good parking at and under the hotel. The staff was smiling and helpful.

Hotel mit guter Lage, neu mit geräumigen Zimmern gebaut. Großer Fitnessbereich sowie der unendliche Pool am Dachdeck. Das Personal war unermüdlich und der Service war überall gedacht, nicht ein negatives Wort auf den Service als solche. Das arme Teil und das war wirklich eine Katastrophe, das Frühstück, der Abend zu Filipino-Stil, aber das war nicht einmal nahe. Das Angebot war nicht wert dieses mittleren Neubau Hotel.

Lage, Parkplatz und Essen waren großartig. Die Einrichtungen waren schon ziemlich alt. Die Toilettensitzbezüge waren bereits abgenutzt. Die Spülung funktionierte zunächst nicht und die Klimaanlage ist laut, im Gegensatz zu neueren Modellen, die geräuschlos funktionieren. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ihre Bettwäsche ist sauber, ebenso wie die Kissen und Handtücher. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und gut geschlafen.

Das Gute an diesem Hotel ist, dass es ganz in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und der Restaurants liegt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren von der Größe her relativ ok, hatten aber keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Internet war nicht das beste.

Insgesamt war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, und das Personal war hilfreich. Einchecken war reibungslos. Einige geringfügige Verbesserungen konnten vorgenommen werden, aber nichts, was unser Komfort beeinträchtigte. Guter Wert für Geld und eine solide Wahl für Reisende.
