We mistakenly booked the hotel in the wrong area, and a non-refundable reservation. A minute after the reservation we requested to cancel through the website where we made the booking - but a few hours later we received a refusal from the hotel - that is - they took money without our stay We have no way to really rate this hotel. It can be excellent and it can be bad The approach was not appropriate and therefore we were disappointed

Everything is great, location and the bed. If I am not mistaken there is no hair dryer. It would be great if there is one. Other than this, everything is good. A short walk from the train station.

Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums mit vielen Geschäften in der Nähe. Alles Personal war super freundlich, und das Zimmer war super sauber. Frühstück hatte viele Optionen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre mit herrlichen Blick auf den Fluss Vez. Parkplatz war auch verfügbar. Ich empfehle definitiv einen Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Muy recomendable, muy limpio y las instalaciones están muy bien. La ubicación es fantástica y es que Viana do Costelo es muy bonita y repetiremos. La acojo da de João y su compañero fue muy buena y tuvieron paciencia y mucha amabilidad lo cual se agradece. Pedro de recepción también fue amable. Es una pasada desayunar y escuchar en vivo como tocan el piano. A modo constructivo y siendo sincera: Mejoraría: un poco el desayuno, que aunque siendo correcto no va acorde a ser tan especial como el hotel, correcto sin más. También mejoraría las toallas de baño que son algo pequeñas y en nada les hace falta un cambio ya que aunque bien se notan gastadas. Y las paredes de la habitación necesitan pintar pequeños desperfectos. Repetiría la estanca! Un abrazo y gracias por vuestras recomendaciones y simpatía

Mejor hotel en Caminha pero algo caro Está cerca de la playa y del pueblo. El personal es muy amable y está limpio El desayuno es normalito Las vistas al mar desde el hotel son bonitas pero hay muchísimo ruido de coches y las ventanas no están aisladas (lo que hace que no se disfruten mucho). Y las habitaciones con vistas a la montaña pasa el tren y se oye la música de la piscina… Tener que bajar las toallas de la piscina a la recepción cuando dejas el hotel y vas cargado de maletas, no está nada bien en relación al precio de la habitación El acceso con silla de ruedas debería mejorarse en la acera , hay un acceso para maletas pero no sirve para silla de ruedas.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions and restaurants on foot. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Hotel Axis! Das Personal war unglaublich willkommen und ging aus ihrem Weg, um uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und hatte alles, was wir für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt benötigten. Die Lage war perfekt, mit einfachem Zugang zu lokalen Attraktionen. Wir lieben vor allem das Frühstück und Spa. Kann nicht warten, um zurückzukommen! ”

This was one of the best and most unique hotels we've ever visited. The location is perfect, there are tons of shops, restaurants, and bakeries, plus several historical sites and museums that are must-see. The hotel's chocolate museum is truly an incredible experience, especially in the education of the history of chocolate and the cocoa bean. And the chocolate products themselves are fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planing to visit this town.

酒店很好，離ZF工廠開車3-5分鐘。酒店還有泳池和桑拿，但是太晚了沒有時間去。挺好的酒店，值得推薦。
