There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

The location is very convenient. The receptionist Apreriya is friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean, but there weren’t slippers and hair dryer. I had a nice rest there before moving to my next destination. That’s pity that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation until 25th August.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber, geräumige Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Für mich persönlich war dies das beste Hotel, in dem ich auf meiner gesamten Reise durch Indonesien und Malaysia übernachtet habe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es hat im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt, allerdings weiß ich nicht ob irgendwo ein swimmingpool war den ich sonst Benutzung hatte wenn ich nicht durch ein Plaster daran gehindert gewesen wäre.. Sehr freundlichen Personal mit außreichend Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Leider war auch zuviel Wasser I'm Toilettenkadten der auch nach zwei Reparaturen immer noch überlief. Das bei einem sonst sehr reichhaltig Frühstück der Cappucino extra kostet muss nicht sein. Aber alles Kleinigkeiten. Der freundliche Service und kostenloses Parken des Scooters auch für Gäste war schon gut.

We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Das ist mein Lieblingshotel. Ich bleibe hier 2 bis 3 mal im Jahr. Jedes Mal, wenn ich 3 bis 4 Tage in ihren legendären Suiten verbleibe. Es hat den alten Schulen Charme und die Suiten, die ich besonders liebe sind, sind die, die mit dem Schwimmbad konfrontiert sind. Ich gehe für eine Tauchung 3 bis 4 mal am Tag. Nur Entspannung gibt es genug. Ich bin nicht der Durchschnittstourist, der jeden Tag gern um Touristenplätze springen möchte. Dieses Mal wurde ich an der Charlie Chaplin Suite, die mir der Generalmanager vor einigen Monaten besuchte, veranstaltet. Dieses Mal habe ich auch einige Verbesserungen in kleinen Details im Hotel bemerkt. In der Nähe und um das Hotel, gibt es r neue Restaurants, die sich mit mehr Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Insgesamt war die Reise wie üblich 👍
