Hotels mit Pools in Jawa Timur, Indonesien

Ich war in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels. Aber das ist es, von dem ich bisher am meisten beeindruckt bin! Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals, die Qualität des Zimmers und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sind unglaublich! Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder in Betracht ziehen, wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder in Surabaya bin!

I always stay at this hotel if I visit Surabaya. Room was clean, service was goid. Everthing was good.

Batu war einer meiner Lieblingsziele in Indonesien und das ist vor allem dank dieses Hotels. Der Ort war großartig, das Frühstück unglaublich, aber mehr als das alle Mitarbeiter waren super schön und begrüßt die Server, die Küche, die Sicherheit, das Zimmerpersonal und das Rezeption Personal!!! Danke sehr für Sie’re freundlichkeit ! 😊

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

The Hotel have not been up grade since took over from HYATT. The table lamp is not working, chairs are dirty and upholstery are stained. TV is small and limited programs. Corridor carpet is dirty and the lamp shape is chipped. We love the Breakfast - wide selection , great food and serve in outdoor garden setting. 

Sehr altes Hotel, aber immer noch gut, außer der Handtuch ist geluft, kann man die Hausbewohner fragen, um zu ändern hat das duftende Handtuch

Personal: Sehr willkommen, freundlich und untergebracht. Zimmer: Komfortable Betten, große Klimaanlage, glattes WLAN. Ausstattung: Es gibt einen Pool, einen schönen Fensterblick und ein Frühstücksbuffet. Gut • In der Nähe bequeme Laden, Kreis K und Indomaret. • Nearby cafe, Kedai 27. • Nachbarschaftliches Münzwaschgeschäft. • Es gibt einen Minikühlschrank. • Das Frühstück war gut, verschiedene Auswahl. Bad • Der Luftkonditionerkasten am Balkon kann nachts etwas laut sein. • Die Toilette war klein, und der Tauch wurde getrennt.

Room is clean, bed is super single size and very comfortable. We requested for smoking room and still the room no smell of cigarettes at all. Staffs are very friendly too. Book room service massage from the spa and the therapist is very experienced..we enjoy our stay!!

Das Hotel war für 2 Nächte an einem schönen Tag.. an den Mall angeschlossen, leicht zu bekommen etwas Essen da.. Personal war freundlich und ödmjuk.. sie erlaubten mir auch, in das Zimmer vor 3PM, wenn das Zimmer bereit ist..
