一泊二食的酒店，在草津來講是非常大型的酒店，前台有會説中文的台胞，早晚餐是自助餐，食物選擇非常多，訂的是帶私湯的房間，房間不大，一家三口人住有點擠。門口就有7-11和一個超市，走去湯畑很近，酒店也有班車接送，不過最早的班次是15:00。酒店的行政酒廊有小糕點，15:00-17:30期間可以去吃吃東西喝喝飲料，也有專屬的泡湯區，有免費的起泡酒喝，訂有私湯的房間會贈送酒廊和專屬泡湯區使用權限，否則要收費。

Da es ein historisches Gebäude ist, können Sie sich Sorgen machen, wie Sicherheit, aber ich bin nicht zufrieden mit dem Service.
Das Zimmer ist groß genug, um einen zu bleiben.
Es gibt auch einen großen öffentlichen Badewanne, der am besten ist.
Der Bequemlichkeitsladen ist etwas weit vom Hotel entfernt, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, also passen Sie auf.

We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu.
The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too.
There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.

Отель чистый, аккуратны. В отеле отличные ванны Онсен с водой из горячих источников. Можно забронировать отдельную комнату с ванной, это услуга круглосуточная. Из отеля ходит трансфер до центра Кусацу. Мы бронировали пребывание без питания, ездили в центр. В номерах дают одежду и тапочки в японском стиле

After our stay at Nikko, Spax felt underwhelming.
Truth be told, it is more due the location of kusatsu which is an onsen town. Spax was more a place to rest for the night and not much can be expected from it.
The photos look way better than actual. Could be the hotel is in the process of renovation. Our room just happened to have more tape patching things up. Actually i don't think i have stayed in a hotel with tape holding things together.
That said, the staff makes up for the lacking by their gentle manners, serving of tea and coffee at the lobby.

食事がバイキングでとても美味しかったです。特にステーキが柔らかく、茶碗蒸しは出汁がきいていて、最高でした。
お正月だったので、餅つきやお酒の振る舞いがあり、素晴らしかったです。また利用したいと思いました。ただ風呂場が寒かったのが残念でした。

Ich mag die warme und Zimmerszene, die Flusslandschaft, das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt. Es gibt zwei große öffentliche Stätten, １ Stock und ２ Stock, so dass Sie langsam ins Gefängnis kommen können, ohne überfüllt zu werden.
Das Zimmer ist ein japanisches Zimmer, es hat ein großes Bett, sehr komfortabel, mit Wäsche und Toilette. Aber ich fürchte, die Bewegung der Pferde ist schwach.
Insgesamt ist das Frühstück sehr lecker, ich denke, dass der Preis sehr billig ist.
Die Fugon Silkfabrik ist 20 Minuten Fahrt vom Hotel entfernt, und die leichte Whirlpool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, so dass Sie im Radio zu halten empfehlen.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel.
The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days.
When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed.
The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

AAlc101Absolut schöne Lage und mehrere heiße Quellen! Das Frühstücksbuffet war exquisit ebenso wie das mehrgängige Abendessen. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, aber morgens aufzuwachen und wunderschöne Schneegestöber umgeben von Bergen zu sehen, war viel magischer und unvergesslicher, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte! Während unseres Aufenthalts habe ich sogar meine Kamera verloren und die Angestellten waren so nett, den Berg hinunter zu gehen und sie mir am Flughafen zu schicken, mit den Angestellten am Flughafen Japanisch zu sprechen, um mir zu helfen, sie zu finden, und ich bin für ihre Freundlichkeit für immer dankbar? und Dienst. Wenn ich meine Kamera verloren hätte, hätte ich alle meine Fotos und Videos von der Reise verloren! Die Angestellten sprechen Chinesisch und fließend Englisch und so war es wirklich einfach, mit ihnen zu kommunizieren. Werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!! Danke Shima Tamura!
