PPinto767Your Lakefront Anchorage is a fantastic place to stay, offering an unbeatable location and great service. The setting is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether enjoying the scenery from the property or heading out for outdoor activities, the location is perfect.
The service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience.
If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

GGastnutzerI was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

YYouren-shanghai這家酒店地理位置非常好，酒店對面就是6小時和8小時日遊的遊船公司碼頭。周邊都是餐館和禮品店。5-9月的市運營免費循環巴士的起點也在酒店馬路對面。酒店每層都有微波爐。特別點贊是酒店特別給予12點提前入住（搭巴士到達的客人基本都是9-12點）。酒店性價比是最值得。

GGastnutzerThe view from my room faces the ocean but the location at the end of Homer Spit isn’t exactly the best place to be because it takes 15mins walk to get to the centre where eateries, shops and ferries are located especially if you’re like me having to carry camera equipment.
Taxi services tend to be slow at peak hours. Housekeeping is not efficient and needs to be reminded despite hanging the card out. Cups are not washed and bed is not made unless the card in the room(no card was placed in my room)is completed which was the excuse they gave. This happened for 5x out of my 9 nights where the other 4, I opted for no disturbance .
Breakfast is buffet style but limited selection.
My stay was over 9 nights. I have to return for another 3 nights on organised tour group. I informed receptionist upon checkout to put me in the same room. The answer is NO.
The level of service at front desk and housekeeping needs improvement except for a special lady, Lena who is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, there is no value for money.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist gut, sehr nahe dem Nationalpark und dem Besucherzentrum. Es hat ein Restaurant und Kaffeegeschäft und ein Shuttlebus. Das Hotel ist sehr alt, braucht eine vollständige Upgrade. Der Fan ist sehr alt und laut. Wenn das nächste Zimmer mit Dusche/Toilette klar hören kann. Alle Handtücher/Blätter sollten für viele Jahre ohne Änderung, klein, hart und in schmutziger Farbe sein. Die Hintertür hat keine Lock, stattdessen mit einem Holzstick. Die Reinigungs- und Vordertafel sind untrainiert, sie haben uns die falsche Anweisung für unsere Tour gegeben und wir haben es verpasst. Als wir einen Zimmerservice für einen Reinigungsbetrieb beantragten, kamen 2 Manager ein und fragten, warum wir einen Zimmerservice benötigten (wir brauchen nur neue Handtücher und die Schleifen entfernt). Wir wurden für eine Gepäcktransfergebühr bei der Abfrage gezahlt $44 (wir haben nicht gesagt, wenn wir angemeldet sind).Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in diesem Bereich ist der Preis viel höher. Prinzessin-Unterkunft Kreuzstraße ist eine viel bessere Wahl, aber es war voll, wenn wir es reservieren

GGastnutzerBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.
