Completely brand new hotel, close to the main town, the port and the airport. Big and modern rooms, all with either a terrace or direct access to the pool (swim-up). 2 long pools (Olympic size) and a swim-up bar. Stylish decoration throughout. It was quite calm and relaxing when we stayed, although it is not adults-only. Breakfast is buffet style and coffee, fresh orange juice and hot dishes are served at the table. I think they could do with more sun loungers by the pool and the service at breakfast could be quicker, but the property just opened 2/3 weeks ago so some minor teething issues are expected. In all, I’m very happy with my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if back in Chios.

Das Restaurant auf der Website bietet ein vielfältiges Menü mit etwas, das jedem Palast passt, und die Qualität der Lebensmittel war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war eine besondere Behandlung, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Möglichkeiten, um den Tag richtig zu beginnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, bietet einfachen Zugang zu lokalen Attraktionen, während es immer noch eine friedliche und entspannende Umgebung bietet. Die Umgebung ist erstaunlich, und ich genossen, die gut gepflegten Einrichtungen des Hotels zu nutzen, einschließlich der Pool und der Spa, die einen zusätzlichen Luxus-Touch zu meinem Aufenthalt hinzugefügt. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel ein Geschirr, und ich kann es nicht hoch genug empfehlen. Ob Sie für Geschäftsreisen oder Spaß reisen, Sie sind garantiert eine fantastische Erfahrung. This hotel is located directly across the road from the main international ferry terminal. It could not be better positioned and from the outset you can see that it's a prestigious hotel. Boasting large frontage with a popular bar, you enter through the middle of the building into an opulent marble filled lobby, complete with solid marble stairs and balustrade. Look up and see an incredible chandelier. To the side is the welcoming arrivals desk. The rooms are perfect with everything you need inside - a well made bed with a choice of blanket or duvet and some extra pillows, clean modern bathroom, fridge, tv and hairdryer. The best part is the view, open the front doors for a fantastic view of the harbour, town and hillside opposite. Breakfast is also incredible, with lots of different dishes to meet most travelers needs, including fruits, salads, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, breads, croissants, jams, honey and a fine array of teas and coffees. Late check-in and check-out is available if the hotel is not fully booked. The best part of our stay, was the staff..... always friendly, helpful and willing to help wherever possible.

I'm sure they are amazing for summer time. But for winter time they have some disadvantages. If you need a hotel just for sleep. Thats good. +Excellent breakfast x2 +Comfortable bed +Air conditioner enough for bed side. +Good price +Amazing garden +Friendly workers +Amazing breakfast place -I selected that room because the photos show that room with a chimney. But in reality there is no chimney -city center 40 min walking / 6x2 euro taxi price -Air-conditioning is not enough for the entire room and banio but it's enough for sleeping. We couldn't take a shower or sit in the room because it was cold. -Water heating systems have a problem that water is getting cold usually -amazing garden means bugs.. we killed a cockroach inside the banio in morning but maybe we were unlucky because the room looks clean. I'm not sure. -wifi problems but maybe we were unlucky : summary; I prefer that room in winter time for 1 night. Good price and breakfast. But if you want to spend time inside the hotel. They need a better Air-conditioning system

Mein Aufenthalt im Casa Cook Samos war wirklich bemerkenswert. Ich hatte die Freude, in einem schön gestalteten und unerträglich sauberen Doppelzimmer mit Strandblick zu bleiben, das sich wie ein Haus von zu Hause fühlte. Der wahre Highlight war auf dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Ägäische Meer wach. Der außergewöhnliche Service des Kundenbetreuungsmanagers Maria, des Beach House-Personals und Fahrer Dimitri machte die gesamte Erfahrung noch angenehmer. Wir sehen uns bald Casa Cook Fam!

The hotel is excellent. We are 100% satisfied. The stuff was great, super polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We really loved having delicious breakfast and dinner by the pool. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and the dinner dishws were more than tasty!

A truly wonderful stay. They were absolutely great hosts and their overall service is excellent. The villa is spacious and it is fully equipped with all you might need. I highly recommend it and will visit again.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο και ευρύχωρος ο χώρος του πρωινού και το lounge. Η πισίνα αρκετά μεγάλη. Η junior σουίτα θα μπορούσε να ειναι και λίγο μεγαλύτερη ώστε να είναι πιο άνετη για 3μελή οικογένεια. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό. Οι εγκαταστάσεις και οι παροχές spa εξαιρετικές.

Im Grunde des Hotelmarktes, nur bis zum Hafen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist offen und eine Menge Nahrungsmittel. Das Pool ist klein, wenn zwei Leute reinkommen. Alle Zimmer hätten besser mit einem Balkon. Wir waren zufrieden.
