The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, which makes it very accessible. The front desk attendant was approachable and accommodating. I was especially glad that our reservation was honored despite it being a peak day on Valentine’s Day. The room facilities are generally good. However, upon entry, we noticed some stains and smudges on the bed covers. We immediately informed the attendant, and to their credit, the beddings were promptly replaced. The towels were very good, and the toiletries provided were also satisfactory. I do hope the management can improve the quality of the bed linens, as some appear worn out and would benefit from deep cleaning to maintain a crisp, white, and presentable look. Additionally, torn pillowcases should ideally no longer be used, or at least properly stitched before being issued to guests. Overall, with some improvements in linen maintenance, the guest experience could be even better....✌️❤️❤️❤️

This Resort, London beach resort was not what I was expecting . I was hope for a long beach and somewhere to relax and rest for a few days . The beach is enclosed and was small and very busy . Live music played until after midnight on a stage location not far from the hotel rooms .  The restaurant is ok good food , small portions and fair price . Staff a generally nice and the WiFi works ok . I will not use again .

Hallo! Das Hotel verlässt das Beste. Die Zimmer passen nicht zu den angemeldeten Fotos auf der Hotelseite und auf den Internetfotos. Die Zimmer waren schlecht gereinigt, die Betten waren mit Haaren vorhanden.

Meine Vorschläge, wenn Sie nach Gensan Stadt reisen, wählen Sie das Georgie Hotel.. Der Grund ist, es ist einfach mit Glück in Kontakt zu kommen, nah mit dem öffentlichen Park/Busterminal/ 7-11/Mit. Supermarkt/ Jollibee Quick food/ privates Krankenhaus/ Regierung Hall ...... Und zu einem günstigeren Preis, können Sie 24h/ 700php bezahlen

Super gute Lage ist es in der Nähe von Malls und Krankenhäusern und viele Restaurants. Der Eincheck ist glatt und das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Nur unten zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts sind die laufenden Renovierungen, die wir in unserem Zimmer hören können, aber es hält während der Nacht an. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde auch in ein nahe gelegenes Restaurant umgeleitet, so dass wir ein wenig zu Fuß gehen mussten, um dort zu kommen, aber so nah nicht wirklich ein Problem. Die Lebensmittelauswahl im Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wenig unterwältigend, obwohl ich denke, fair genug für den Preis. Überall ein empfohlener Ort zu bleiben in GenSan!

The staff are very efficient. I just live the ambience becuase they have an open area in the center. No need to go far for food because they also have a restaurant.

The hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying. On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.
