Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

Obwohl der Hurrikan Otis zwei Jahre verbrachte, ist einige Bereiche noch in Reparatur, Badewanne. Insgesamt sehr gut, freundliches Personal kann viel besser. Essen ist gut und Bäume, die wenn sie gut funktionieren.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage sehr zentraler, was die Lebensmittel angeht, sind gut und bedienen genug, ich denke, der Personalservice ist nicht die beste, sehr unfreundliche Kellner und ein schlechter Kundenservice. Die Anlagen sind viele Jahre alt und das Möbel am Ort ist nicht sehr schön (erfordert eine dringende Erneuerung von Möbeln), veraltete Aufzüge mussten bis zu 40 Minuten warten, um vor allem bei der Eincheckung herunterzukommen.

Pleasant stay -  room and bathroom very clean . Walking distance to zocalo. Will not hesitate to stay again should I return. Be aware though that there is no elevator and rooms are either up or down from he lobby.

Excelente ubicacion a unas calles de la playa. Siempre estuvo muy limpio. Agua caliente y aire acondicionado nunca faltaron. Fue una buena experiencia con lo indispensable para nuestro viaje.

Die Wan-Szene ist sehr schön und sehr überwertig. 🔔 Service: 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice, besuchen Sie das Golfwagen im Park jederzeit. Das thailändische Restaurant ist es wert, zu versuchen, Fischsuppe hat wirklich den Geschmack von Großmutter. Das Restaurant kann Sonnenuntergang sehen und die unvergessliche Landschaft. Das beste Hotel Acapulco ist zweifellos wert, 5 Sternen.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff are so friendly and very helpful! Great location with breathtaking view.

El buffet está excelente es lo único que puedo recomendar plenamente, porque la comida en el restaurante está pésima y más aún te dejan esperando 2 hrs para poderte servir, no se si es por la temporada la suerte o siempre tengan este tipo de problema pero el hotel se quedó 2 días sin luz eso a un nado que la habitación que tenía no le servía el cancele que da para la terraza la cual en las noches sonaba muy feo con el golpeteo del aire y no dejaba dormir, cuando solicitas el cambio de habitación a una que estuviera mejor la niegan, pero a otros inquilinos si se los dan, deberían de mejorar eso ya que uno como turista lo que quiere es evitar pasar malos ratos.
