My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

I recently stayed at Madinah Hilton as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. I would definitely choose Madinah Hilton again on my next visit to Madinah and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Von Anfang an waren wir von Concierge, Khan, besucht. Mein Eincheck wurde perfekt von Hawazin gemacht. Das Zimmer war für uns angemessen mit guten Einrichtungen und die Minibar ist gut gespeichert. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden sicher zurück sein.

Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, gute Zimmer, das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre die Modernisierung des Badezimmers und der Küche, aber beide Bereiche waren voll funktionsfähig

Reception was really good any issues was resolved instantly hotel breakfast was bit disappointing in terms of of variety and some food was not fresh rest location is excellent and reception staff is brilliant and the boys for floor 9 were really good laundry was bit disappointing I will not use it as I had chase for my clothes

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 50 Meter von der Prophetenmoschee entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Moschee – absolut nichts auszusetzen, ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Das Frühstück hingegen war einfach nur furchtbar. Außerdem scheint es, als würden die Gäste nach Nationalität bevorzugt behandelt; uns wurden Pommes serviert, die aussahen, als wären sie schon tagelang gekocht gewesen … also haben wir nichts gegessen.

Disappointing Experience – Room Not Reserved Despite Confirmed Booking I booked two rooms, each with a king-size bed, for two couples. Before arriving, I called the hotel and informed them that I would arrive late, around 1:00 AM or possibly a little later. The hotel staff confirmed that my booking was secure and told me there was no issue with the late arrival, so I was reassured. However, when I finally arrived, I was told that my rooms had been given to other guests. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and had also called the hotel in advance to inform them of my late arrival. The staff then said the rooms were given away because I had not paid in advance. I was never asked to make an advance payment, nor was I informed that my booking would be cancelled without payment. Eventually, they provided an apartment with twin rooms instead. It had only one king-size bed, while the other room had single beds, which was not what I had originally booked. Despite this downgrade/change, I was charged the same amount as my original booking. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service or the way my reservation was handled. If the hotel could not hold the rooms without advance payment, they should have clearly informed me when I called. Giving confirmed rooms to other guests after confirming my late arrival is very disappointing and unprofessional.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Das Hotel ist wirklich nicht weit von Haram Eingang 307 ist Top 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß ich war mit meinem Dad war das kleine Zimmer und sehr kleine Dusche Person nicht empfänglich Zugang, wenn man nicht preiswert ist es top Die Kommentare, die ich vor der Buchung gesehen hatte, machte mich Angst, aber ich bin weg, alles gut geht, ich empfehle

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Moschee des Propheten ist ausgezeichnet, so dass es für Besucher bequem ist. Die allgemeine Erfahrung war jedoch enttäuschend. Zimmer fühlten sich überholt, es fehlte an Sauberkeit, und das Personal war langsam, um auf Anfragen zu antworten. Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Während die Lage ein großer Plus ist, müssen die Service und Einrichtungen erheblich verbessert werden.
