Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. Sehr alt und Kundenservice ist schrecklich. Rang Rezeption aus dem Hotelzimmer keine Antwort (2 mal) als musste zu Rezeption klagen sicher nicht funktionieren, sie kehrten sich am nächsten Tag, um es zu sortieren.

Der Aufenthalt im Jayden Hotel war ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich hatte ein Angebot für Zwillingsdates inklusive Frühstück bekommen. Wir durften früher einchecken. Als wir die Lobby betraten, fühlte es sich schon anders an – Fünf-Sterne-Hotelatmosphäre, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Uns wurde ein Begrüßungsgetränk angeboten. Da wir am Donnerstag fasteten, sagte die Rezeptionistin: „Sie ersetzen das Begrüßungsgetränk durch einen kostenlosen Snack, wenn wir das Fasten brechen.“ Und tatsächlich, als wir am Abend von der Moschee zurückkamen, standen einige Fruchtsnacks auf dem Zimmer. Der letzte Tag unseres Aufenthalts war unser Hochzeitstag. Ich fragte die Rezeptionistin (die an diesem Tag nicht da war), ob ich mir ein Geschenk vom Hotel wünschen könnte, da mein Mann und ich Hochzeitstag hatten. Am Abend wurde uns eine kleine Überraschung aufs Zimmer gebracht: viele Fruchtsnacks und ein leckerer kleiner Käsekuchen. Was für ein perfekter Service das Hotelpersonal uns während unseres Aufenthalts geboten hat. Der Weg nach Plataran war nicht allzu weit, aber es war etwas anstrengend, weil der Fraueneingang einen längeren Fußweg erforderte. Ich bat um ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Prophetenmoschee, und wieder war die Rezeptionistin die erste, die mir diesen Wunsch erfüllte. Obwohl man nur einen Teil der Moschee in der Nähe des Baqi-Grabes sehen konnte, war es wirklich herrlich. Auch das Personal im Zwischengeschoss, wo das Frühstück serviert wurde, war sehr freundlich. Der auf Eierkochen spezialisierte Koch zauberte meisterhaft Spiegeleier. Das Eigelb war perfekt. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Der Joghurt hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab verschiedene Sorten, unser Favorit war der Mango- und der Erdbeerjoghurt. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich im Erdgeschoss weitere Hotels mit einem Einkaufszentrum, in dem man Snacks, Eis und Souvenirs kaufen kann. Es gibt sogar einen Wäscheservice. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Jayden Hotel. Es liegt südwestlich der Prophetenmoschee. Zimmer 1013 mit Blick auf den Innenhof der Moschee werde ich nie vergessen. Wenn wir wieder nach Medina kommen, werden wir sicherlich wieder im Jayden Hotel buchen und nach Zimmer 1013 fragen.

Ich buchte ein Zimmer für meine Gäste, doch ihnen gefiel es nicht, weil es unangenehm roch. Ich kontaktierte den diensthabenden Manager, den angesehenen Herrn Muhammad Al-Moallem, und er versprach mir, sie glücklich zu machen. Möge Gott ihm Wohlergehen schenken und die Zahl der Menschen wie ihn erhöhen.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Sachen Sauberkeit. Ich gebe ihm 100 von 10 Punkten für die Einrichtung und den Empfang. Es liegt in der Nähe der Prophetenmoschee und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Es gibt Gastfreundschaft, ein Fitnessstudio und ein Buffet. Ich werde, so Gott will, bei meinem nächsten Besuch darauf vertrauen. Es ist wunderbar, ganz ehrlich, es ist unglaublich. Es ist ein komplettes und wunderschönes Hotel. 🌹🌹🌹

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Der schlimmste Check-in-Prozess, unhöfliches und wenig hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren nicht rechtzeitig fertig. Das Parken ist nicht kostenlos. Die Buchung war für ein Kingsize-Bett, aber für jedes Zimmer gab es 3 Einzelbetten. Die Rezeption ist groß, aber es gibt dort 2 oder 3 Leute, die extrem langsam sind, und viele Leute stehen Schlange, um einzuchecken. Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage, das ist alles.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Gute Lage, Hotel ist nicht sauber, alle Möbel zu alt, Toilette ist nicht sauber, muss renoviert werden, das Geld nicht wert
