My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

It was excellent and beyond, this trip is very memorable especially from the service given by Ethar and other staff, very welcoming, very sincere.

Von Anfang an waren wir von Concierge, Khan, besucht. Mein Eincheck wurde perfekt von Hawazin gemacht. Das Zimmer war für uns angemessen mit guten Einrichtungen und die Minibar ist gut gespeichert. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden sicher zurück sein.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Sachen Sauberkeit. Ich gebe ihm 100 von 10 Punkten für die Einrichtung und den Empfang. Es liegt in der Nähe der Prophetenmoschee und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Es gibt Gastfreundschaft, ein Fitnessstudio und ein Buffet. Ich werde, so Gott will, bei meinem nächsten Besuch darauf vertrauen. Es ist wunderbar, ganz ehrlich, es ist unglaublich. Es ist ein komplettes und wunderschönes Hotel. 🌹🌹🌹

Reception was really good any issues was resolved instantly hotel breakfast was bit disappointing in terms of of variety and some food was not fresh rest location is excellent and reception staff is brilliant and the boys for floor 9 were really good laundry was bit disappointing I will not use it as I had chase for my clothes

Ich war kürzlich in diesem Hotel und kann sicher sagen, dass die Erfahrung alle Erwartungen überschritten hat. Von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisetag wurde alles mit außergewöhnlicher Professionalität, Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit auf Details gehandhabt. Das Serviceniveau, das erbracht wurde, fühlte sich wirklich klasse und machte den Aufenthalt sowohl komfortable als auch memorable. Einer der beeindruckendsten Aspekte des Hotels war die Reinigung. Jedes Gebiet Ob es das Zimmer, Bad, Korridore oder gemeinsame Räume war spotless und extrem gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, frische Handtücher wurden angeboten und alles war gut organisiert, was ein echtes Gefühl von Komfort und Hygiene verleiht. Das Personal war hervorragend. Sie waren freundlich, respektvoll und immer bereit, mit einer warmen und begrüßenswerten Einstellung zu helfen. Jede Anfrage oder Frage wurde unverzüglich und professionell behandelt, so dass wir uns wirklich als Gäste fühlen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft schuf eine entspannte und positive Umgebung während des Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, erlaubte einen ruhigen Schlaf, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Zimmers war ruhig und angenehm. Alles funktionierte perfekt, von der Beleuchtung bis hin zu den Einrichtungen, die zu den stressfreien Erfahrungen hinzugefügt wurden. Insgesamt war alles über dieses Hotel perfektvon Service und Reinigung bis Komfort und Management. Es ist selten, einen Ort zu finden, wo alle Aspekte bei einem solchen hohen Standard gepflegt werden. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der nach einer qualitativ hochwertigen Unterkunft sucht, sei es für Familie, Geschäftsreise oder religiöse Reisen. Ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft sicher wieder auswählen und würde es nicht zögern, anderen zu empfehlen. Ein wirklich ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende.

Der schlimmste Check-in-Prozess, unhöfliches und wenig hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren nicht rechtzeitig fertig. Das Parken ist nicht kostenlos. Die Buchung war für ein Kingsize-Bett, aber für jedes Zimmer gab es 3 Einzelbetten. Die Rezeption ist groß, aber es gibt dort 2 oder 3 Leute, die extrem langsam sind, und viele Leute stehen Schlange, um einzuchecken. Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage, das ist alles.

Es gab weder ein Schild noch einen Knopf, mit dem man auf die Notwendigkeit des Zimmerservices hinweisen konnte, und es war schwierig für uns, regelmäßig den Zimmerservice in Anspruch zu nehmen.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Hotel location was amazing, staff was great and very helpful. Room could be more clean though.
