I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe Tor 330, mit sehr einfachem Zugang zu den Eingängen für Männer und Frauen der Prophetenmoschee. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig, und das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel ist direkt mit dem Taiba-Einkaufszentrum verbunden, in dem sich auch der Supermarkt Bin Dawood befindet – sehr praktisch. Die Aufzüge können zu den Gebetszeiten stark frequentiert sein, daher empfiehlt es sich, frühzeitig abzureisen. Aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten war etwas Staub vorhanden, aber dies ist bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt, und ich werde dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner unschlagbaren Nähe zur Moschee weiterhin wählen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel und ruhig, es gibt spezielle Parkplätze in der Nähe des Campus und einfacher Zugang zum Hotel.

Гостиница очень близка к пророческой мечети, по ощущениям от двух минут, примерно через сто-двести метров от отели начинаешь видеть минареты пророческоймечети. Находится в сторону мечеть гlaмамах. Я бронировал в два захода, в первый день 4 августа 2026 стоила 5600₽ с включенным завтраком через приложение Trip. Через несколько цены немножко поднялись до 8000₽ с завтраком, но я последующие дни по 5700₽ без выключенного завтрака снял через озон, билеты тоже через маркетплейс ОЗОН были дешевле всех. Заехал в этот отель 5 августа 2026 года,

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

Sehr schönes Hotel, modern und sauber, tolles Personal, komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer. Kleine Nachteile: Probleme mit heißem Wasser in der Dusche und die Entfernung von Masjid Ennabawi aufgrund der Arbeit in der Stadt, aber das Hotel stellt vor und nach jedem Gebet einen Shuttle zur Verfügung

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Ich hatte eine wirklich wunderbare Erfahrung, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, waren die Mitarbeiter unglaublich willkommen, professionell und auf jeden Detail aufmerksam. Der Eincheckungsprozess war reibungslos und effizient, und ich fühlte mich sofort zu Hause. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schön gestaltet. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und ich schätze besonders die hochwertigen Bettwäsche und Kissen. Das Badezimmer war spotless und gut mit Toiletten, und die tägliche Hausaufbewahrung war gründlich. Einer der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war das Frühstücksbuffet – eine ausgezeichnete Vielfalt lokaler und internationaler Gerichte, alle frisch und lecker. Das Restaurantpersonal war freundlich und sorgte für einen reibungslosen Ablauf jeden Morgen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch ideal – in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen, Restaurants und Geschäften, aber immer noch ruhig und ruhig in der Nacht. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende. Ich werde sicherlich bei meinem nächsten Besuch hier nochmal bleiben!
