I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.

Eines der Hotels, das der Prophetenmoschee am nächsten liegt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Der Aufzug kann, insbesondere während der Gebetszeiten, etwas dauern. Ansonsten ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel und ruhig, es gibt spezielle Parkplätze in der Nähe des Campus und einfacher Zugang zum Hotel.

Гостница новая, чистая, очень высокого класса, работники очень заботливые, особенно работник ресепшена по имени Хазим. Гостиница очень близка к пророческой мечети, по ощущениям от двух минут, примерно через сто-двести метров от отели начинаешь видеть минареты пророческоймечети. Находится в сторону мечеть гlaмамах. Я бронировал в два захода, в первый день 4 августа 2026 стоила 5600₽ с включенным завтраком через приложение Trip. Через несколько цены немножко поднялись до 8000₽ с завтраком, но я последующие дни по 5700₽ без выключенного завтрака снял через озон, билеты тоже через маркетплейс ОЗОН были дешевле всех. Заехал в этот отель 5 августа 2026 года,

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, was Sauberkeit, Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals angeht. Alles war sehr angenehm und gut organisiert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die lange Wartezeit an der Rezeption; ich hoffe, das wird in Zukunft verbessert. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

Sehr schönes Hotel, modern und sauber, tolles Personal, komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer. Kleine Nachteile: Probleme mit heißem Wasser in der Dusche und die Entfernung von Masjid Ennabawi aufgrund der Arbeit in der Stadt, aber das Hotel stellt vor und nach jedem Gebet einen Shuttle zur Verfügung

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, aber für uns beide ausreichend. Die Rezeptionistin sagte zunächst, dies sei nicht unser Wunschhotel. Wir hätten uns nach einer anderen Unterkunft umgesehen. Nach unserem Anruf stellte sich heraus, dass dies tatsächlich unser Wunschhotel war. Die Rezeptionistin erfuhr es erst nach Rücksprache mit ihrer Freundin. 😢 Im Badezimmer tritt Wasser aus, wenn man das Waschbecken benutzt. Danach ist es sicher.

Das Hotel ist gut und liegt an der Hauptgeschäftsstraße; gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in der Nähe.
