There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions. - The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors. - In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well. - the checkout process was good and there were no problems. OK, es ist etwas laut, weil es im obersten Stockwerk einen KTV und einen Nachtclub gibt. Bevorzugen Sie ein Nichtraucherzimmer im Erdgeschoss, damit es nicht laut ist

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für Reisende, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentrum und Bahnhof. Schönes Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich habe wieder gebucht, da meine vorherige Erfahrung gut war. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind gut und kooperativ. Obwohl, ich musste ein paar Probleme, die gelöst waren, aber es war gut. Das Essen ist sehr geschmackvoll und kompatibel vernünftig. Ich würde lieber noch einmal buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Medan komme.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Das Geld ist es wert, da es im Herzen der Stadt liegt und einen schönen Pool und Balkon mit Aussicht bietet. Ein Muss für einen Besuch des Hotels in Medan. Aber die Ausstattung und die Möbel sind ziemlich alt

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Bei uns kam Wasser von der Decke und innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

This hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and exceptional services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriot group properties in Bal. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and arm chair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and do not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus dollars) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment. .

Das Hotel war schon oft geblieben und mit Service, Zimmer und Essen zufrieden. Sonnenaufgang war schön vom Fenster.

We have glued to this hotel for the last 2 or 3 years😀, everything is good, nothing to complain about. From arrival to check out, all staffs are well trained and functioning well. In this 2026, we have done 2 trips to Medan and stayed here + got the same room as I requested. We are coming back on 20 May and hopefully will get the same room too😊😊
