Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfreich und wissensfähig, um Interessen zu liefern/anzubetrachten.
Frühstück ist ein Muss haben, ziemlich gut mit traditionellen Speisen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut gepflegt und geräumig (Zimmer gegenüber dem Garten). Der Dam und der Fischsteig ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Room was great, bathroom was just okay. Breakfast was almost an ordeal. For the price we would give it 4 out of 5 but it was like having breakfast on a round about, bathroom was tired, the low point of the room.

Ein bisschen wie ein Familienhotel, wie ein Cousin im Lande. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, das Wasser ist nicht sehr gut, die anderen sind gut.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

GGastnutzerA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Aus Gründen, die völlig aus meiner Kontrolle, musste ich meinen Aufenthalt 24 Stunden im Voraus stornieren. Ich rief sie an, es zu wissen. Ich rief mir, dass ich stornieren musste und die Antwort war (Wort für Wörter)
”Ok, das ist noch belastebar”. Nein 'Es tut mir leid, das zu hören' Nein ”Vielleicht finden wir einen anderen Termin, so dass Sie Ihr Geld nicht verlieren” ... nein 'wir können Sie nicht zurückzahlen, aber wollen Sie ein Kredit auf dem Konto”.
Wenn ich 12 Stunden früher telefoniert hätte, wäre mein Geld zurückgezahlt worden oder ich hätte meine Buchung geändert.
Die Schuld wurde auf TRIP gelegt, wie ich gesagt wurde ' Sie buchten durch sie und sie werden Ihnen nicht helfen.
Ich werde also diesen Ort vermeiden, wenn ich auf die Reise gehe, und ich würde anderen empfehlen, Stellen mit Mitarbeitern, die so uninteressant sind wie hier zu vermeiden.

GGastnutzerKenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

FFrancoise Jeanne ML’accueil n’était pas du tout chaud. Nous avons reçu 2 chambres qui ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos sur le site. L’une avait les 2 fenêtres qui donaient durement sur 1 toit. L’autre chambre avait les 2 fenêtres près du plafond. Daher war es keine Aussicht auf die 2 Zimmer. Die 2. war nur ”Gefängnis”.
Das Zimmer war sauber, aber alles, was üblich war (Rezeption, Korridore, Lounge) war viel zu wünschen, und sie sah alt und unsauber aus.
Dieses Hotel ist für Touristen von der Fabrik. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht an jemanden empfehlen, der etwas cozy und warm zu bleiben sucht. Aber es ist funktional.

The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.
