Ich habe drei Nächte gelebt. Ich habe gutes Leben mit Großmuttern.
Der Preis ist angemessen. Es ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr nahe dem Fluss und dem Museum...

Just there for a night. Good deal on the room and it was spacious and clean. Bar next door and perfectly situated. Not overly noisy either. Great view of Vrackie from my window.

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth
It was central, yet quiet.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere.
We would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Thank you Team Atholl Palace, you provided us with an exemplary experience of Scottish Highland hospitality, Iain Sutherland

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

A lovely hotel in a quiet setting. Bar service was a bit slow but available most times during the day. Food service was ok. Breakfast was good… wide variety… although fruit could have been fresher, ( apple was brown). Dinner at night was ok. Entertainer was good, enjoyed his music and cheerfulness. Difficult to get a taxi on the day we left and was pouring with rain. Staff were really helpful and took us to the train for which we were really grateful! I suggest booking a cab the day before.
Our room was comfortable and a good size. However the bathroom window curtains need attention. A shower curtain pinned up with press studs wasn’t appropriate for security and privacy!
We would stay again.

Nicht die einfachste zu finden, wenn nicht mit Satnav, sondern in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Großer Parkplatz. Sehr nahe gelegene Geschäfte ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Sehr schönes Hotel, aber Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden. Bett ein wenig zu fest für uns. Sehr willkommenes Personal.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer guten Wahl und gemacht, um warmes Essen zu bestellen. Hat nicht Abendessen.
Kann für einen ruhigen Spaziergang entlang des Flusses gehen.

GGastnutzerThis venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

GGastnutzerA lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade.
Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too.
The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax.
Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Aus Gründen, die völlig aus meiner Kontrolle, musste ich meinen Aufenthalt 24 Stunden im Voraus stornieren. Ich rief sie an, es zu wissen. Ich rief mir, dass ich stornieren musste und die Antwort war (Wort für Wörter)
”Ok, das ist noch belastebar”. Nein 'Es tut mir leid, das zu hören' Nein ”Vielleicht finden wir einen anderen Termin, so dass Sie Ihr Geld nicht verlieren” ... nein 'wir können Sie nicht zurückzahlen, aber wollen Sie ein Kredit auf dem Konto”.
Wenn ich 12 Stunden früher telefoniert hätte, wäre mein Geld zurückgezahlt worden oder ich hätte meine Buchung geändert.
Die Schuld wurde auf TRIP gelegt, wie ich gesagt wurde ' Sie buchten durch sie und sie werden Ihnen nicht helfen.
Ich werde also diesen Ort vermeiden, wenn ich auf die Reise gehe, und ich würde anderen empfehlen, Stellen mit Mitarbeitern, die so uninteressant sind wie hier zu vermeiden.

GGastnutzerKenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room
Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas.
These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!
