Hotel was very convenient for everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Ate in coachhouse next door and food and atmosphere were good. I felt the hotel could have done with a wee bit of updating decor. But great stay, will def return.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber genug für mich, für eine Nacht zu bleiben. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und Frühstück ist gut. Das Hotel verbindet das Stadtzentrum mit einer Brücke, Sie können erstaunliche Aussichten auf die Brücke genießen.

Tolles kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Pitlochry, mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Hotel hat sich sehr bemüht, die neuen Covid-19-Bestimmungen einzuhalten und wir fühlten uns sicher und umsorgt.

Très bon accueil. Chambres parfaites, très joliment décorées et une excellente literie. Nous avons également pris le repas du soir au restaurant. Très bon mais pas tout à fait du niveau d'un gastronomique. Néanmoins, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Le bar aussi était très chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner parfait. Enfin, le parc est très beau. On a juste manqué de temps pour en profiter d'avantage. Nous avons même oublié quelque chose dans la chambre (de valeur sentimentale). L’hôtesse a promis de nous le faire parvenir par la poste (à nos frais, bien sûr). C'est tout à fait charmant. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Room is lovely！ very clean and warm. It is like a family house. Convenient to go to city center. Home made breakfast is delicious!

Ein gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel in der kleinen Stadt Pittschwache Helly, die Landschaft ist wunderschön, es gibt einen kleinen Fluss am Ufer, es gibt Wilde im Fluss, das Frühstück ist ein Stil, sehr lecker.

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein warmes Willkommen mit komplimentären Getränken und zeigten uns in unserem wunderschönen Zimmer. Das Personal konnte nicht hilfreich und freundlicher gewesen sein. Die zusätzlichen und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details waren exquisit und in meinem Buch sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein. Alles von der Nahrung und dem Getränk bis zur Umgebung war absolut schön. Auch keine Sorgen über die Einnahme von Kleidern, da sie mit trockenen Kleidern zur Verfügung stehen können. Ich würde sicher empfehlen, dass jemand denkt, hier zu bleiben und wird zurück sein.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept
