Eines der schönsten Hotels in Sachen Sauberkeit. Ich gebe ihm 100 von 10 Punkten für die Einrichtung und den Empfang. Es liegt in der Nähe der Prophetenmoschee und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Es gibt Gastfreundschaft, ein Fitnessstudio und ein Buffet. Ich werde, so Gott will, bei meinem nächsten Besuch darauf vertrauen. Es ist wunderbar, ganz ehrlich, es ist unglaublich. Es ist ein komplettes und wunderschönes Hotel. 🌹🌹🌹

Es ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Folge in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, weniger als 5 Minuten von der Moschee entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. In allen Zimmern braucht man einen Wasserkocher, um Kaffee zuzubereiten – aber als wir darum baten, brachten sie ihn. Die Barista-Preise sind gut. Viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Großes Hotel! Wahrscheinlich das schönste Hotel in allula. Ausgezeichneter Service und wir haben hier super gute Absprachen, so empfehle ich euch, es zu überprüfen. Nichts zu beschweren, außer unsere Villa war sehr voller Pigeons (Ich denke, weil es nahe dem Berg war) so war unser Außenbereich voll von vielen Pigeons' Poops und auch im Pool : ( und ein anderes, wir wurden mehrmals um Fahrräder gefragt, wenn ich nicht falsch, wie 5 mal, Personal sagte, es wird für Sie überprüfen und wir werden nie Feedback erhalten, aber es passierte auch mit uns in einem anderen Hotel, so ist es ok. Still! Große Erfahrung große Zeit. Sicherlich kommen zurück :)

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

Ich kann mich ja gar net beklagen...Initial war ich in einem anderen Zimmer, da habe ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert weil die Türe die die Zimmern abtrennt zu dünn waren und ich konnte ja alles im Zimmer daneben hören...Also wirklich alles...Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, bekam ich sofort ein anderes Zimmer u die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (insbesondere Manar) haben sich entschuldigt...Lage des Hotels sowie die Nähe an der Moschee ist ja ausgezeichnet...Das Essen war auch lecker...Weiter so...☺️

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

I have booked a room for my parents in madina “Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel”. The hotel rooms are very comfortable & luxury… Washrooms are neat & clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative❤️

Ich genossen wirklich alles. Das Hotel war sehr komfortabel und ist bequem in der Nähe des Haram gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben, inshaAllah. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, und die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig geändert. Der Kühlschrank war größer als der normale Hotelgröße Kühlschrank und machte unser Wasser und Soda schön und kalt

Sehr alt und Kundenservice ist schrecklich. Rang Rezeption aus dem Hotelzimmer keine Antwort (2 mal) als musste zu Rezeption klagen sicher nicht funktionieren, sie kehrten sich am nächsten Tag, um es zu sortieren.
