Staff is excellent, Monika who was in charge of my room kept it clean and orderly. Location is inconvenient for walking around. Breakfast is wonderful. Room tends to get a little musty when the A/C is left off (damp air stays in the room).

It seems this hotel needs to make sure the bath tower for more cleaning before allow guest to use.

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung bei DoubleTree von Hilton Ahmedabad. Ich habe im September 2023 zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr nett und sauber mit schönem offenen Blick. Für die Mitglieder bieten sie Zugang zu einem Lounge und einige der ergänzenden SPA-Dienste.

the staff is the best so far i have seen in India... Hyatt really trained and hopefully are paying them well enough to be way above the rest of Indian's hospitality industry... one staff even went all his way to help me with my taxi booking... which is much appreciated unlike Accor group's staff who keep using the word ”NO” first time travelers to india should only book Hyatt!!!

Very close to Surat station hence accessible to train station is very easy . Very clean hotel . Gym is very small and swimming pool is small . Breakfast was good .

Disappointed with the cleanliness of hotel. Lobby on level 7 stinks a lot. Initially allocated rooms were dirty (see photos). Staff was helpful in changing the room. I wouldn't call it a 5star experience.

Good location, good for price and good breakfast

Schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und komfortabel. Der Preis ist sehr günstig. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Einstellung des Personals ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Erfahrung.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, in der Tat das erste, das zu diesem geht. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass das Doppelbett auf jeder Plattform schwer einzustellen ist und der Preis sehr hoch ist, also stellen Sie ein großes Bett ein, direkt billiger 150, und fügen Sie eine Bettdecke hinzu, kein Unterschied. Es reicht, die Kinder mitzunehmen, drei Personen sollten ein großes Bett haben. Die Lage ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, weniger als 13 Hits, das Hotel kann helfen, ein Taxi zu rufen. Very close to Surat station hence accessible to train station is very easy . Very clean hotel . Gym is very small and swimming pool is small . Breakfast was good .

This property is not at all convent, especially far from Airport . Rooms are very big and looks like service apartments. Breakfast was great

Hotel war ganz ok. Pause war sehr gut . Das Personal an der Rezeption war gut. Aber der Zimmerservice war schlecht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Geschäftsleute. Es ist ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs von Surat. Und sehr lebendige Gegend. Textilmarkt ist für Textilgeschäftsleute zu Fuß erreichbar.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Location is slightly outside the city but cab service was available. A very good hotel, though reception is difficult to locate on ist floor. Food quality is good in the restaurant, rooms are big an spacious, very good ambience in the room and outside. Services are also cooperative. Best is they provide complimentary airport transfer and breakfast.

It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Wirklich schönes Hotel, diese Art von Hotel ist in dieser Stadt und der Preis ist wirklich gut. Ich hoffe, das Hotel wird in Zukunft immer besser und ich werde die Gelegenheit haben, zu kommen und zu spielen und weiterhin darüber nachzudenken, hier zu bleiben!

Der Hotelservice ist gut und bietet Flughafentransfers und Charterdienste. Das Hotelfrühstück ist gut, Pizza, Saft sind lecker, das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, die Zimmerdekoration ist durchschnittlich. Das Hotel liegt in der Stadt, nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist praktischer.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, das Frühstück ist gut, das Zimmer ist schlecht beschallt und jeden Morgen ertönt draußen ein Geräusch, der Kellner sollte andere Zimmer reinigen.
