Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. Other highlights included: ✅ Complimentary airport shuttle service ✅ Beautiful rooftop swimming pool ✅ Well-equipped gym with quality equipment ✅ Good massage and wellness facilities ✅ Comfortable rooms and reliable Wi-Fi Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities. Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at Novus Jiva Anyer. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Mein internationaler Flug ging am nächsten Morgen. Es fuhr stündlich ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, konnte aber nur einen riesigen Baum sehen, und wegen des Regens war der See gar nicht zu erkennen. Der Flur roch etwas muffig, aber das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung; die Klimaanlage blies direkt aufs Bett. Da das Hotel in Flughafennähe lag, war etwas Fluglärm zu hören, aber zum Glück störte er meinen Schlaf nicht. Das Frühstück begann um 6 Uhr, und das Hotel stellte uns Essen zum Mitnehmen bereit, damit wir den Shuttlebus um 6 Uhr zum Flughafen erreichen konnten. Der Service war recht gut.

Das Hotel verfügt über ein hervorragendes Kundenservice-Team. Wir wohnten in einem Zweibettzimmer und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Es gab einen nachfüllbaren Wasserkrug sowie Shampoo und Seife. Ich begrüße diese Maßnahmen, da sie umweltfreundlich sind. Zwischen dem Hotel und dem Flughafen Jakarta verkehrt ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. In der Nähe befindet sich das einzige Hoka Bento Restaurant, das jedoch nur Speisen zum Mitnehmen anbietet. Ich habe weder ein Café noch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe bemerkt. Das Einkaufszentrum Daan Mogot ist zwar in der Nähe, aber man muss ein Grab-Taxi nehmen, um dorthin zu gelangen.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir am nächsten Morgen einen Anschlussflug hatten. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, der Hotelshuttle fährt aber nur bis 12 Uhr. (Vorsicht vor den Taxifahrern am Flughafen, sie versuchen, Touristen abzuzocken!) Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, sauber, aber schon recht abgenutzt. Trotzdem gut geeignet, wenn man eine Unterkunft in Flughafennähe braucht. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, es sah aber gut aus.

Zentral im Terminal 2 gelegenes Hotel. schöne und saubere Zimmer mit Blick zum Rollfeld. sehr gutes Frühstück von bereits 3-9 Uhr. freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. für eine Stop-Over absolut zu empfehlen.
