Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern im Episode Hotel Gading Serpong geblieben und es erschien eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Von der Ankunft war das Personal warm und willkommen, so dass die Eincheckung reibungslos und stressfrei ist, was immer geschätzt wird, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Mit drei Kindern ist der Raum immer ein Problem, aber die Layout macht es uns allen leicht, gut zu ruhen. Die Betten waren gemütlich, und das Badezimmer war modern und gut gepflegt. Eine der Highlights war das Frühstücksbuffet von Sorten, von lokalen Gerichten bis zu kinderfreundlichen Optionen wie Gemüse, Getreide und frische Früchte. Unsere Kinder genossen es besonders, und es machte die Morgenstunden so viel einfacher. Der Pool war ein weiterer Lieblingspunkt für die Kinder, während wir als Eltern die entspannende Atmosphäre der Hotelanlagen und nahegelegene Einrichtungen wie Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten geschätzt haben. Insgesamt ist Episode Hotel Gading Serpong eine große Auswahl für Familien. Es kombiniert Komfort, Komfort und den anschaulichen Service, so dass unser Aufenthalt sowohl entspannt als auch angenehm. Wir würden glücklich auf unsere nächste Familienreise zurückkommen.

Ich kam spät und machte 4 Nächte Reservierung, aber die Zeitpläne und die Rezeption (Vordertafel) half mir viel und schließlich mein großes Problem mit Plattform zu lösen. Besonderes Dank für Herrn Thorig & Ryan, sie haben ihre besten Arbeit für mich geleistet. Und das Hotel ist voll von Design, der Ort ist sehr ruhig und die Leute lachen immer zu Ihnen, wenn ich ans Gesicht, schönes Frühstück und ich wähle dieses Hotel nächstes Mal, wenn ich in Tangerang bin.

It's clean, has a nice view, no noise, no weird smells, everything was perfect except for the location. It takes quite time for me to get to alam suetra or serpong. But, nevertheless, i will choose this hotel because everythingelse perfect including breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Flughafen, es fährt stündlich ein Bus zum Flughafen, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett.

It's a great hotel. The manager of the front office did a very warm welcome and preparation. The gym and the swimming pool and the supermarket downstairs are very convenient, thank you!!!!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier. Das Personal war freundlich. Alles war gut. Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann wäre es der Service im Hauptrestaurant (The Porte). Das Essen war gut. Der Preis war angemessen. Allerdings mussten wir lange auf unser Essen warten. Wir waren an beiden Tagen im Restaurant. An beiden Tagen mussten wir lange warten.

have stay for a few days for IKPI Congress 2019 at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.

Where do I begin? The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it. Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service. The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation. One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery. Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum und vom Flughafen. Komfortable, saubere Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich zu erfrischen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Pool, um sich zu entspannen. Nicht weit von der Stadt, sondern sehr nahe am Flughafen. Es dauerte etwa 5-10 Minuten, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen.
