Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!

The hotel is new and well-equipped, with a great view from the higher floors. There are shopping malls and a water park nearby. The only downside is that public transportation is not very convenient.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

Slight inconvenience during check in. Receptionist passed id card to her colleague for photocopying then totally forgot to return it. On the third day got whatsapp message ”when do you plan to take it?” , instead of writing ”tried to contact you but failed, when will be the convenience time to return in to you?”
But then the most surprising thing is that when we met the same receptionist that welcome us, she gave the id card while abrubtly say ”please let me take your photo” and pointed the camera to my face. Without any time to answer, she just take the photo without permission. What is the point of asking when you already snap the pic? Who's at fault so that the right owner of the id need to be taken photo of?
Manners certainly needs to be upgradedl. apart from that everything is fine.

I always enjoy my stay at FM7 Hotel Jakarta. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, from check-in to airport transfer. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long journey. The facilities, especially the pool and spa, are well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast has a great variety and the food quality overall is very good. It's a reliable and convenient choice, especially for transit stays near the airport. Looking forward to coming back again.

Es war mein erstes Aufenthalt in Aston seit ich letztes Jahr wechselte, dieses Mal im Hotel geblieben. Nach zwei Nächten in Aston, meine Auswahl diese Zeit ist eine gute Wahl. Ich werde wieder Aston bleiben, wenn ich in der Zukunft in der Nähe zu besuchen.

Ein gutes Hotel um in der Nähe vom Flughafen zu sein. Meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer konnte nachgegangen werden. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen geht nur alle 2 Stunden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich.

Für einen schnellen Halt über zu Ruhe und Entspannung, wenn Sie am nächsten Tag einen Flug haben. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und bietet eine Wachsamkeit, wenn Sie einen frühen Flug haben. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum und vom Flughafen. Komfortable, saubere Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich zu erfrischen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Pool, um sich zu entspannen. Nicht weit von der Stadt, sondern sehr nahe am Flughafen. Es dauerte etwa 5-10 Minuten, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen.

Hygiene: Sehr gut, der Service ist herzlich, der kostenlose Hol- und Bringservice ist sehr praktisch, man muss vorher einen Termin vereinbaren, der Kellner kann einfach über WeChat kontaktiert werden, es scheint sehr nah zu sein, Die Fahrt dauert 10 Minuten

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch, sowohl für Westler als auch für Einheimische.
Das Café bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, und das Essen zum Mittag- und Abendessen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer wirken allerdings etwas altmodisch und schlecht instand gehalten. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Kingsize-Zimmer gebucht, das aber nicht den Erwartungen entsprach. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

KKenneth kylbriStaying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Ausstattung: Grundwasser. Nur Multipurpose-Seife ist als Haar-, Klimaanlage- und Körperschlauch erhältlich.
- Keine Zimmerslipper.
- Kein Flaschen Trinkwasser, aber Sie können am Wasserdispenser entlang des Korridors füllen.
- Kein Gesichtsgewebe im Zimmer verfügbar.
Zimmer: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
Ich war bedauerlich, dass ich direkt gegenüber dem Personalzimmer ein Eckeszimmer bekam. Das Personal ging in die ganze Nacht und war auf dem Lärm.
Das Zimmer ist nicht hell genug für die Arbeit.

Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia).
Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully.
The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us.
Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry.
Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house .
The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool.
Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.

I stayed at Aviary Hotel in Bintaro Sector 9, South Tangerang, Indonesia on June 20–21, 2025, together with my family. We booked the Suite 2 Bedroom Apartment, which was designed for four people, and it perfectly suited our needs for a comfortable and convenient family staycation.
The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, and kitchenware—perfect for families who prefer to prepare meals during their stay. A dining table was provided, seamlessly connected to the living room, creating a cozy communal space for us to relax and dine together.
Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which added to the convenience and privacy, especially when traveling as a group. The amenities were complete, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to the overall comfort of our stay.
In summary, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would gladly recommend the Suite 2 Bedroom Apartment at Aviary Hotel to families or small groups seeking a spacious and well-equipped accommodation in the Bintaro area. It's an excellent choice for a short getaway or a weekend staycation.

MMicky is NOT A BARISTAI stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!
