"Meiner Meinung nach bietet dieses Hotel das beste Gesamterlebnis in Wuyuan. Ich reiste aus Shanghai an und checkte am Samstag, den 25. April, ein. Gegen Mittag desselben Tages bot mir Nancy, die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin, einen außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Service; ihre Servicequalität war lobenswert. Der diensthabende Manager hingegen zeigte eine weniger optimale Serviceorientierung, was meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt trübte. Das Gästezimmer selbst war exzellent, mit einem weiten und wunderschönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster, was es sehr komfortabel machte. Am Abend aß ich in der Hotellobby, wo Reese, die diensthabende Mitarbeiterin, mich durchweg herzlich und aufmerksam bediente. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es war das erste Mal in meiner Erfahrung mit Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, dass ich erlebt habe, wie der Service einer normalen Mitarbeiterin den des diensthabenden Managers so deutlich übertraf; der Unterschied war frappierend. Die gesamte Ausstattung und die grundlegenden Serviceleistungen waren von hoher Qualität; lediglich der Service einiger weniger Führungskräfte könnte verbessert werden."

"Was mich in erster Linie angezogen hat, war die Lage. Abgesehen von den Grab- und Reparaturarbeiten an der Straße unten bin ich mit der übrigen Umgebung recht zufrieden. Die Badewanne in der Suite bietet einen halben Blick auf den Tengwang-Pavillon, und wenn Sie nachts das Licht einschalten, können Sie die allgemeine Aussicht genießen. Die raumhohen Fenster im Zimmer bieten einen direkten Blick auf den Fluss. Es gab vom Hotel zwei Frühstückskontingente und auch die Getränke im Tiefkühlfach waren kostenlos, womit ich durchaus zufrieden war. Das einzige, was die Leute mit dem Hotel unzufrieden macht, ist, dass das Hotel vielleicht am Anfang nicht an das Parkproblem für selbstfahrende Autos gedacht hat. Die Tiefgarage ist teuer und hat nur wenige Parkplätze. Im gesamten Gebäude stehen andere Hotels und Bürogebäude, sodass die Autos vor Ort bereits überfüllt sind, was dazu führt, dass Autos, die das Hotel betreten und verlassen, leicht kollidieren! Im Wartebereich der Hotellobby ist sehr wenig Platz und um das einzige Café zu betreten, muss man etwas konsumieren. Vielleicht liegt das daran, dass das Land extrem teuer ist und Abfall nicht erlaubt ist, aber es fühlt sich an, als hätten die Touristen keine Zeit zum Ausruhen, es sei denn, sie checken ein oder gehen spazieren. Dies muss verbessert werden."

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. This was a very disappointing stay and did not match the standards of a five-star hotel. When we checked in around 20:00, there was no staff at the entrance to greet us or help with our luggage. The room was also missing basic amenities you would normally expect in a modern hotel, such as slippers and even a bin near the wash basin. The next morning, when we returned to the hotel at around 9:45, the automatic revolving door was not working. We had to use a heavy side door, struggling to open it while a doorman stood inside watching without offering any help. After we entered, he questioned why we used the side door and spoke in a rude, unfriendly manner, as if assisting guests was not part of his job. At checkout, there were no greetings, no courtesy, and no one asked about our stay. I have stayed in many hotels in China and in other countries, and this was by far the worst service I have experienced. If you expect even basic service, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing. I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster. But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

Nach einem anstrengenden Tag im Auto sah ich, als ich die Hotellobby betrat, den jungen Mann Tim Yang und begrüßte ihn mit einem Lächeln. Herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service! Kompetent im Geschäft! Uns wurde schnell ein Zimmer zugewiesen. Im Haus riecht es weder nach Rauch noch eigenartig, und der Blick aus dem Fenster geht vom Tengwang-Pavillon auf die andere Seite des Flusses. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist recht reichhaltig und der Service und die Reinigung im Restaurant sind sehr schnell!

I had a very pleasant stay at Vienna Hotel Yongzhou. The location is excellent—arguably the best in the city—making it very convenient for getting around and accessing key areas. The staff were extremely kind, generous, and attentive. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, and their service made the stay smooth and comfortable. The room was very clean—spotless, in fact—and spacious enough to feel relaxed without any sense of discomfort or fatigue. It was a great place to rest after a long day. Breakfast was decent with good variety, though it mainly caters to local tastes and doesn’t include Western options. That said, the quality was good, and everything was well prepared. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

五一江西特種兵之行，最值得記憶的就是這家酒店了，給了彼此江西行最好的記憶。 環境：五星酒店標配的都有，大堂豪華氣派，雖不是特別現代化裝修，但挑高的吊頂，還是給人很開闊的心情。 設施：很多設施也看得出在不斷更新。有小童遊樂區，有拍照打卡點，我原來覺得這沒啥用吧，可是人山人海經歷後還真的覺得酒店裡麪人少背景好服裝乾淨也好看，拍多久都不會被眼光殺死。要是再增加個南昌字樣的打卡背景更好。還有花顏茶語也設定的很好。值得我好好學習。 服務：沒得説哈，滿足我各種需求。太陽太曬，還給車子遮陽布。看有孩子主動給小童用具。伴手禮的小粉色袋子真好看！鮮花花藝每次都能及時回覆我的消息，解決我的問題，感謝 房間很大很大，衣帽間真是方便了，換衣服可以在衣帽間裏面。 以為沒有浴缸，沒想到孩子心心念唸的浴缸也有。 最值得一提的是他的早餐，好豐盛，本地特色體驗的也多，那碗蓮子羹湯真是禮品好喝好喝。還有特色米粉也好吃。比一般美食街好吃很多倍，關鍵還很乾凈衞生。放心。早餐真沒得説。

Diese Reise lebt wirklich im Schatzhotel! Das Zimmer ist nicht schlecht, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig und sauber, und ich lebe super sicher. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr intime Ausstattung. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist nur ein Evangelium für die Autofahrt. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es hier eine Ladekappe gibt. Ein neues Energiefahrzeug kann auch leicht fortfahren. Sportliebhaber können auch Schwitzen in einem Sportraum schwimmen. Wenn es eine Waschbedürfnis gibt, kann das Waschzimmer jederzeit zufrieden sein. Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist noch hervorragend. Die Ausgangsstelle ist die U-Bahn-Station. Ich möchte zum 81. Platz fahren. Ich habe ein paar U-Bahn-Stationen erreicht, wirklich überaus bequem. Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr gut, alle Seiten sind sehr zufrieden, das nächste Mal, wenn Sie hier reisen, wählen Sie es!
