Hotels mit Pool in New York, Vereinigte Staaten

The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

Das Zimmer war groß, die Lage super und nachts war es ruhig. 1. Das Frühstück wird vor Ort für 25 US-Dollar erworben und kann nicht auf das Zimmer gebucht werden. Die Typen sind einfach so und das Frühstück der Ausländer ist ziemlich gleich. 2. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zwischen dem Flughafen LaGuardia und der U-Bahn-Station, was sehr praktisch ist. 3. Es gibt kein kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer, aber der bezahlte Preis ist nicht teuer. 4. WLAN ist kostenlos und es ist kein Passwort erforderlich, was sehr praktisch ist. 5. Es gibt einen Bus vor der Tür. Sie können zur U-Bahn-Station oder nach Flushing fahren.

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

回到大長島還是很開心的，長島的環境舒服、宜人。酒店的環境安靜、乾淨舒適，停車也是免費的。前台服務也不錯。床有點點軟，不過美國的床也沒太硬的。室內的空調不太好調節，稍微有點冷。 缺點：洗手間的燈和抽風機連着，一開都開着，噪音很大。 我們開車，酒店入口很容易錯過，每次都開到隔壁的不知名建筑後，再繞回到酒店。

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Unten gibt es ein berühmtes italienisches Restaurant, eine Eisdiele und ein Starbucks. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das große Lincoln Center. Es gibt Banken, Frühstücksläden und Target innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem liegt es ganz in der Nähe des Columbus Circle und Sie können mit der U-Bahn zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren. Abgesehen von der Lobby sieht das Hotel nur wie ein High-End-Hotel aus. Der Stil der Flurdekoration ist seltsam, die Gästezimmer sind klein und die Einrichtungen sind so einfach, dass sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Zu den Details gehören: Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass nur eine Person stehen kann. Es gibt keine Gläser im Raum, und egal, ob Sie Wasser trinken oder sich die Zähne putzen, es sind alles Einweg-Pappbecher. Glücklicherweise war es die meiste Zeit ein Stadtspaziergang und wir gingen einfach zurück ins Hotel, um zu schlafen. Jedenfalls werde ich dieses Restaurant das nächste Mal nicht wählen.

Wir kamen am Freitag etwa 30 Minuten vor der Check-in-Zeit dort an. Mussten wegen eines Wasserrohrbruchs fast 3 Stunden warten, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Wir hatten Reservierungen für das Abendessen, die wir fast nicht geschafft hätten. Sie boten uns dafür keinerlei Entschädigung an und wir waren deswegen verärgert. Meine Frau hatte einen Massagetermin, der ebenfalls abgesagt werden musste. Abgesehen davon war der Ausflug großartig. Tolle Aussichten

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

Für den Besuch der Universität habe ich eine Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung gebucht. Der Zugang war sehr gut und ich habe mehrere Universitäten besucht und hatte überhaupt keine Probleme. Zum Times Square sind es zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten. Auch der Central Park liegt in der Nähe und eignet sich daher hervorragend für Besichtigungen. Die Qualität der Hotelzimmer und der Ausstattung ist nicht besonders hochwertig, aber ich denke, es ist perfekt für alle, die nicht viel Wert auf ihren Hotelaufenthalt legen und die Kosten niedrig halten möchten. Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

Der Raum im Zimmer ist gut, sehr nahe dem Kleidungsort und sehr bequem. Es ist nicht, jeden Tag die Toilette zu saubern, das Frühstück ist normalerweise möglich, zu einem nahegelegenen Sternenpapa zu essen.
