Sie können von der Grenze zwischen Zambia und Simbabwe laufen! Obwohl es ein nahe gelegenes Hotel ist zu günstig, ist es sehr sauber und hat warmes Wasser, es ist toll! Ich habe es nicht verwendet, aber das Hotel hat ein Restaurant und einen Pool und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe!

We stayed at Lulu Lodge in order to visit Victoria Falls as part of a longer trip to Africa. When we arrived at the airport, John was ready and waiting to pick us up and transfer us to the lodge. He was friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast each day on the shady stoep outside our room, and all the staff were kind and courteous. We particularly enjoyed a dip in the hotel pool, which is clean and pleasantly shaded in the hottest part of the day. We deliberately chose an independent hotel rather than a large corporate one. We wanted to see more of the real Zimbabwe rather than being shielded behind am expensive facade. Some elements of our stay revealed a tight budget for the owners: the minibus had seen better days, and had no air-conditioning, and the shower was a bit temperamental, but this was easily offset by the willingness of John and his staff to show us the places and share the experiences we had wanted to see. He took us to the Victoria Falls, showed us the beautiful Lookout Cafe, which we probably would not have found by ourselves, ferried us into town for lunch and shops, and arranged an elephant ride which was an absolute joy! The elephants were free to roam over an extensive area as part of a conservation project, and we were delighted to have a 7 month old baby tag along with. her mother as we rode. John also took us to a local school where we were able to see students who truly valued their opportunity to have a proper education at a manageable price. We hope to return to Lulu Lodge within the next two years. Thank you, John, Tom and Honest.

Das Personal dieses Hotels ist das freundlichste und hilfreichste Personal, das ich jemals in allen Reisen überall auf der Welt getroffen habe. Ich kann ihnen nicht genug danken, dass sie meinen Tag jeden Tag erleuchten und den Aufenthalt so perfekt machen. Die Zimmer sind auch schön und sauber und der Pool ist sehr angenehm zu entspannen.

Kein Essen - der einzige Grund, warum ich nicht auf Einrichtungen 5/5 preiswert konnte. Die Arbeiter sind ehrlich. Ich hatte nach dem Abmelden eines meiner Telefone vergessen. Sie haben mich kontaktiert und das Telefon für mich mehrere Stunden gehalten.

My wife, , myself and our daughter started our visit to Africa in Zimbabwe, and booked 2 days at Pamusha lodge. It’s set in a secluded setting just outside Victoria falls town… probably 20 mins walk if you wanna attempt it , but there’s no need as Pamusha offer a shuttle service , usually with the wonderful Geoffrey driving , for a small fee. ( also a shuttle from the airport !). We found the staff working there incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in organising tours with / through Pamusha as well as any other questions we asked. Food at the lodge was ok , mostly reasonably priced and the bar was also fine. What was quoted was what we paid for tours .Accomodation is a little dated ( no hair dryer etc), but ok for a base to explore from. Yes , not 5 star luxury but would definitely recommend to people for a short stay

Miombo Mews offers absolute comfort, pleasure and unimaginable experience and safety. We feel safe relaxed in a luxurious apartment with the lots. Experienced and friendly staff it’s everything you need for a great vacation. They also offer us destinations breakfast with breathtaking views what you will call once in a lifetime experience

Gute Lage in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sehr nah am Victoria Falls Nationalpark, zu Fuß ca. 15–20 Minuten in eine Richtung. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Swimmingpool war allerdings nicht der sauberste.

The Kafusi Lodge is newly renovated and very clean. The guests have access to a spacious living with comfortable couches facing a flat screen TV. We had the choice of buying and cooking our own food in a fully equipped kitchen, or ordering a breakfast of eggs, sausage, beans, bread, coffee, or tea for only $10 per person. The manager, Jiyane, picked us up at the airport and personally guided us through the town Victoria Falls and surrounding areas making our experience wonderful and informative. Zimbabwe does use American dollars and some excursions are a bit pricey, but overall I recommend this destination and lodge to anyone interested in seeing this world-renowned waterfall.

Das Hostel liegt selbst und der Zelt war sehr sauber. Wir haben einfach nicht bemerkt, dass durch die Buchung eines “Doppelzimmers” es eigentlich ein Zelt war. Der gelieferte Fan war nett und hält uns am Abend kühl und der Pool hält uns während des Tages sauber. Die Lage ist jedoch etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, obwohl Sie entweder ein Auto oder ein Taxi zu rufen, um irgendwo zu kommen. Das Restaurant auf der Website war ok, aber es wurde uns nicht erklärt, dass manchmal sie eine spezielle BBQ haben und Sie können nichts anderes aus dem Menü bestellen. Wenn wir wussten, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt, wir würden auf dem Markt stoppen und sich selbst verpflegt. Aber das Personal war alles wunderschön und hilfreich.

Trotz des Preises war ein Tad Steep, alles war während unserer Reise ausgezeichnet. Der Fahrer des kostenlosen Shuttle Service war so aufmerksam, jede Stopp SND erinnerte die pick-up Zeit auf unserem Weg nach Victoria Falls. Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber sauber mit spektakulärem Wasserhole-Ausblick. Der Abfall war unser Zimmer war zu weit vom Wasserhole selbst entfernt. Jedoch waren ihre Service und Frühstück von oberster Night und Aussicht vom Restaurant unschlagbar. Was für ein schmerzhafter Aufenthalt!
