I have stayed here many times and its never disappointing. The staff here were very on things, the food was great and the ppol was as it always is well looked after. Only negative was there was some building work being done, but in fairness it has to be done at some time. I will stay here again as there really is no other hotel that can match the value. Keep in mind it was 20 percent more to book on trip than it was on *********** and they do take cards if that is your issue.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable. Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space. Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains. Small pool on the ground floor. Good value for money

I appreciated the calm atmosphere of the hotel, and the staff were generally friendly and courteous. However, after check-in, I was asked to change rooms and was informed that this would be an upgrade, as a walk-in guest already took my original room. The new room did not appear to be an upgrade (my original was a private one but end up with the connected room). Furthermore, the room was not ready, and I was required to wait an additional hour beyond the official check-in time. I chose not to raise this issue during my stay, as I did not want to disrupt my holiday. Nonetheless, I believe this feedback is important for future improvement. Anyway, I appreciate the friendly staffs.

The area is currently experiencing significant noise pollution due to nearby music and ongoing entertainment, which affects the overall environment. Additionally, the breakfast offered was unsatisfactory, lacking visual appeal and flavor, with bland taste and poorly presented dishes. Therefore, targeted improvements should be implemented in both noise mitigation strategies and the quality and presentation of breakfast offerings to enhance guest experience.

Ein wunderschöner, entspannender und herrlicher Ort mit einem wunderschönen Garten und komfortablen und einladenden Bungalows. Das Personal geht auf Ihre Bedürfnisse ein und das Naturschwimmbad ohne chemische Behandlung ist erfrischend. Sobald Sie diesen Ort kennen, möchten Sie ihn nie mehr verlassen! Ich empfehle.

I got there quite late, and the chef was very nice to help me prepare a chicken rice dinner. The lobby felt cozy and warm, and breakfast was immaculate, the chef was nice enough to let me try both the egg Benedict and the avocado toast. I forgot to take pictures of the room but it was identical to the pictures listed on trip.com. The hotel has quite a French colonial aesthetic, their court yard and swimming pool are also very inviting.

Took a couple friends with me. We all loved the environment and ambiance. Being able to have private access to the beach was amazing and I'd go stay here again. It also looks like if you wanted to come for the day you can pay $5 (20,000 riel) per person for the day. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen! Zunächst einmal ist die Atmosphäre gemütlich und sicher. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auf alle Anfragen aufmerksam. Sie fühlen sich sehr willkommen. Der Pool ist einfach wunderschön! Warm und sehr sauber. Schwimmen am Abend unter den Sternen ist eine Freude! Sehr gute Zimmer (alle Häuser sind zweigestellt). VIP Zimmer sind direkt am Pool gelegen, aber der Rest ist nicht schlimmer (Vielleicht sogar noch geeigneter für diejenigen, die mehr Privatsphäre wollen). Die Zimmer haben einen Kühlschrank, starke Klimaanlage und wirklich warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Hotel hat vor kurzem geöffnet, so dass alles neu ist. Personal sorgt jeden Tag für das Gebiet. Das einzige ist, dass das Stadtzentrum etwa zehn Minuten mit dem Transport entfernt ist. Aber es ist möglich, ein Fahrrad zu mieten oder ein Taxi zu benutzen.Und Sie können sich in einem nicht besetzten, ruhigen Bereich entspannen. Ich kann dieses Resort wirklich empfehlen!
