I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.
If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time
I could have end up paying twice 😀

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport.
But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Der Name Sai, der im Maharashtra-Staat herrscht, ist ein Heiliger, der als Selbsthilfe angeblich auf dem Gebiet der örtlichen Reputation und besonders von Unternehmern begrüßt wird, und ich weiß nicht, ob es der Reichtumsgut von Mab ist. Es gibt einen wichtigen Sai-Lao-Präsident im Gräben, viele Leute hier halten sich an, so dass das Serviceniveau sehr hoch ist und Sie auch an die Bereitschaft gehen können, wenn Sie interessiert sind.
Die schlechten Folgen sind auch offensichtlich. Für die Chinesen ist die Region eine strenge Vegetation. Die tägliche Aufnahme von großem Gemüse und Reis ist zu sauer. Das Hotel umfasst auch den gesamten Garten, das Wein nicht, das Getränke ist nicht möglich. Für mich war es am meisten lebenswichtig, die große Versammlung zu beten, die Sai-Mutter anzubeten. Es war etwas unhaltbar, um drei bis vier Uhr morgens zu beginnen, die Hochzeit zu sprechen und die heilige Lieder zu sprechen.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought.

Gut für einen Nachtaufenthalt, wenn Sie am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen anreisen. weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis T1. Buggy ist verfügbar / Personal kann Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck zum Terminal helfen. Auch im Flughafen gibt es mehrere Mahlzeiten, wenn Sie nicht richtig sitzen und im Hotel essen.

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

RRamesh229Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Das Hotel strahlt mit seiner atemberaubenden Lobby und dem freundlichen Personal vom ersten Moment an Luxus aus. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und boten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Arabische Meer. Die Vielfalt der Speisemöglichkeiten war beeindruckend, insbesondere das Buffet im Lotus Café, das eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten bot.
Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub und dennoch nah genug am Herzen von Mumbai für Geschäfts- oder Urlaubsreisen. Der Service war tadellos und das Personal tat sein Bestes, um einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
Insgesamt war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ich kann das JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine Mischung aus Luxus, Komfort und hervorragendem Service sucht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen!

The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
