Room is basic. Very small toilet. The aircond placement is weird, the room is not cold throughout the night. It was so basic, other budget hotels can give you a cosy feeling than this. Plus point - we didnt bring universal plug, and the hotel has it and lobby is nice.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

Dieses Hotel befindet sich direkt außerhalb des Innenraums der Abflugzähler in T3. Es hat einen 10m+ Pool und einen guten Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück ist nicht bis zu 4 4-star Hotelstandards, aber es ist ziemlich gut. Wenn Sie einen komfortablen Ort für eine lange Layout in CGK, esp, wenn Ihr nächster Flug von T3 ist, gibt es keine bessere Wahl als Grand Anara. Es gibt eine billigere Anara auf der anderen Seite von T3, und es gibt ein ”Digital Hotel” in der Nähe für einen günstigeren Preis, wenn Sie ein paar Dollar sparen möchten.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. We stayed at Episode Hotel Gading Serpong as a family with three kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated when traveling with children. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With three kids, space is always a concern, but the layout made it easy for all of us to rest well. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—lots of variety, from local dishes to kid-friendly options like pastries, cereals, and fresh fruits. Our kids especially enjoyed it, and it made mornings so much easier. The swimming pool was another favorite spot for the children, while we as parents appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s facilities and nearby conveniences like shopping and dining options. Overall, Episode Hotel Gading Serpong is a great choice for families. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta, enjoyed comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location near airport, tasty breakfast, and excellent service. Perfect for travelers seeking relaxation and convenience.

I need addition pillow..but i can not contact the house keeper or anyone....coz we can ask them by scan qr but we cant do anything because we didn't book this hotel by their apss, we book by trip..so we can' t login their apps..so i can' ask anything.

Die Lage ist sehr kostengünstig. Die kleine Umgebung ist in den Slumgebieten nicht sicher Umherzuwandern. Die Eiswürfel am Straßenrand können nicht gegessen werden und verursachen Magenprobleme. Sie können recycelt und wiederverwendet werden, und es kann zu Fußpilz kommen. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.
