The food was outstanding, with rich and flavourful bakery items and beautifully prepared curries that made each meal memorable. Our room allocation and room service were handled with elegance and care. The spacious bathroom, generous amenities, and the breathtaking view added a special touch that we will never forget. Loss property service is admirable. I got my valuable shirt back—honest and True Values at Service by the staff. The evening dinner with our family and friends was wonderfully arranged and thoughtfully catered—an experience we deeply cherished. To Sanath, Janitha, and the entire team: thank you for making our anniversary stay both memorable and heartfelt. A special appreciation also goes out to all service staff, security personnel, and support teams for their exceptional dedication. We are truly grateful and look forward to returning.

Ich hatte drei Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit Kingsize-Betten und Seeblick gebucht und bin unzufrieden, da: Ich nicht die gebuchten Zimmer erhalten habe. Mir wurde gesagt, die Bilder seien falsch, aber sie sind immer noch auf der Website zu sehen. Stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie die gebuchten Zimmer erhalten. Nur eines der drei Zimmer hatte Seeblick, die anderen beiden nicht. In einem der Zimmer funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Alle drei Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Ich habe ein Foto des Zimmers beigefügt, das ich angeblich erhalten habe, aber nicht bekommen habe. Ich habe 24 Stunden vor meiner Ankunft an der Rezeption nach den Safari-Preisen gefragt und erst einen Tag später um 21 Uhr eine Antwort erhalten. Wenn Sie nur ein oder zwei Tage bleiben, ist das eine sehr späte Antwort. Vergewissern Sie sich also, dass Sie bei der Buchung und Bezahlung des Deluxe-Zimmers mit Seeblick das richtige Zimmer erhalten. Andererseits bietet die Speisekarte für Frühstück und Abendessen eine große Auswahl an guten und abwechslungsreichen Gerichten.

A wonderful, comfortable place to stay. It is located in a really convenient place if you wish to walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and laundry services. The rooms/grounds/environment are very nice, sitting next to Habarana Lake and you will share the grounds with nature. The food was wonderful, especially the local Sri Lankan dishes. However, the best thing about this place is the staff - absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful and attentive.

I recently stayed this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was also a nice touch—fresh and with a good variety. However, the only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was either very slow or not working at all during most of my stay, which was a bit frustrating since I needed to do some work online. I mentioned it to the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. If you don’t rely heavily on internet access during your stay, this place is a great choice. But for remote workers or those needing reliable connectivity, keep this in mind

This was a great location in Polonnaruwa. We loved all the services provided. The hotel had a great garden and I would say this is one of the best hotel gardens ever experienced in Sri Lanka. I specially thank front office “Hansika” which she was very proactive in helping out, also her wonderful customer service to all of us stayed at the hotel. We also would like to thank “Dilshan” for his services throughout dining. We wish both of these staff very well and hope to come back soon. Also would definitely recommend the place for wonderful stay with fantastic views over Parakrama Samdudraya.

The hotel is great except the toilet is outdoor so there were many ants, mosquitos and some insects. That's why when you open for a while to go to toilet then some of the insects are coming into the room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gut überprüft. Erstens wurde der Ohrenreiniger geöffnet und benutzt. Zweitens gab es kein 24-Stunden-Warmwasser. Die Dusche war nachts nicht heiß. Drittens gab es keine Einwegzahnbürste und Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Ich habe sie erst beim Auschecken benutzt. Der Preis betrug 2000. Das Hotel begrüßte mich herzlich, aber es gab viele Tricks. Wenn Sie zum Abendessen kein Wasser bestellen, wird Ihr Mund trocken. Und alles wird in US-Dollar berechnet. Es gibt viele Tricks. Vielleicht hatte ich am Anfang zu hohe Erwartungen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung mit Blick auf die Großen Seen. Es gibt ungewaschene kleine Flecken auf den Laken. Nachts ging ich zum Hotel, um die Bootsfahrt zum See zu empfehlen, um die Vögel zu beobachten und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Es ist eine sehr seltene Erfahrung. Als ich zurückkam, war es schon dunkel. Der Mond am Himmel, das Licht des Hotels am Ufer und der Gesang der Mönche. . . Der ganze Prozess des Paddelns durch zwei junge Leute ist sehr anstrengend und umweltfreundlich. Am nächsten Tag gab es einige Unannehmlichkeiten an der Kasse. Die Kosten für das Abendessen, die mein Mann bezahlt hatte, waren im Handumdrehen bezahlt, und derselbe Kellner wollte die Zahlung meines Freundes übernehmen. . .

Rooms were ok, beds were very squeaky, when asked to change they were quick to resolve. Changed rooms and the bed linen in the new room had stains. Lucky there were two beds one room so just slept in that. Left as soon as we could. Never again
