GGastnutzerAuf dem Rückweg nach Hause habe ich ein paar Tage in Japan verbracht, und dieses Hotel, das ich als Erstes gebucht habe, war fantastisch. Ganz zu schweigen vom bequemen Hotel-Shuttle-Service, war das Zimmer auch groß, sehr ruhig und die Bettwäsche war so bequem, dass ich wunderbar geschlafen habe. Der Supermarkt unten hatte alles, was man braucht, und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war auch nicht schlecht. Kurz gesagt, ich war sehr zufrieden und habe sofort mein Zimmer für den nächsten Transitflug im nächsten Monat gebucht. Das Narita Tobu Hotel Airport ist sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung. Von Terminal 2 aus ist die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn in die nahegelegene Präfektur Chiba super angenehm.

Ein Bett dient zum Stapeln der Kleidung, so dass für jede Person nur ein Bett übrig bleibt, damit sie ruhig schlafen kann.
Es ist schon etwas älter, aber das macht nichts, wenn man die meiste Zeit draußen spielt. Haben Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts zufällig eine Schulführung vor Ort miterlebt? Es gibt wirklich viele Einheimische, was beweist, dass das Hotel noch in Ordnung ist.
2. Das Hotel ist besonders praktisch, um nach Disney zu fahren. Es verkehren täglich Dutzende Shuttlebusse.
3. Mein Mann und meine Kinder waren sehr zufrieden. Nach einem reichhaltigen Frühstück gab es auch eine Teepause, inklusive Kaffee, Getränken, Tee, Marshmallows und Eis Es. Der Zugang zu Gepäck und Zimmerausstattung erfolgt komplett in Selbstbedienung, was zum ersten Mal eine sehr interessante Erfahrung ist.
4. Das Wichtigste ist, dass das Personal sehr nett ist! Wir frühstückten zu zweit und verstauten unser Gepäck, bevor wir nach Disneyland fuhren. Als wir in Disneyland ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass wir vergessen hatten auszuchecken. Nach einem Anruf half uns das Hotel zunächst beim Auschecken. Vielen Dank.

JjjmumWe stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing experience with this hotel team. Staff members are all very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean with self amenities bar near the check in desk. The room was very spacious with two little kids the bed was very comfortable too.
Highly recommend this hotel who's travelling with families.

GGastnutzerEin Thermalbad-Resorthotel mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Empfangspersonal am Schalter ist professionell und freundlich und kann fließend Englisch kommunizieren. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Obwohl die Einrichtung des Zimmers alt wirkt, ist es gut gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Matratze ist mittelweich und hart und bietet einen sehr hohen Schlafkomfort.
Die Thermalquellen-Einrichtungen in Tangle City übertreffen alle Erwartungen und es ist eine angenehme Überraschung, dass das luxuriöse Thermalquellen-Erlebnis in der Unterkunft inbegriffen ist. Die wunderschöne Dekoration der Tanglecheng-Lobby im europäischen Stil unterscheidet sich stark von den üblichen japanischen Thermalbädern. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass die Geschäftszeiten von Tangle City von 13:00 bis 22:00 Uhr sind. Wenn Sie zu spät kommen, verpassen Sie dieses preiswerte Thermalquellen-Erlebnis.
Im Inneren befinden sich zwei Umkleidekabinen. Nachdem Sie sich in der ersten Umkleidekabine in einen Yukata umgezogen haben, orientiert sich der Freizeitbereich, der aus dem Fußbad mit Sternenhimmel hervorgeht, an den prächtigen Straßenszenen der Blütezeit der Meiji-Ära. Es gibt Freizeitbereiche wie Cafeterias, Schreine, Geschäfte und Bühnen. Die bunte Projektionsfläche an der Decke verändert die Szenerie.
Es gibt hier auch einen Massageraum, die Preise sind erschwinglich, die Meister sind sehr geschickt und er eignet sich sehr gut zum Entspannen bei einer Massage nach dem Baden. Der zweite Umkleideraum ist der FKK-Thermalbadebereich mit Innen- und Außenpools. Es ist wirklich angenehm, ein Bad zu nehmen, um die Reisemüdigkeit der letzten Tage zu lindern.
Außerdem finden vor dem Tor von Tangle City um 16:00, 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr wunderschöne Wassertanzshows statt, die sehenswert sind.
Es ist etwa 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen Narita oder Bahnhof Narita entfernt. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus-Service an, der jedoch nicht zu häufig fährt und in großen Zeitabständen verkehrt. Wer einen Shuttle-Service benötigt, sollte auf die Shuttle-Zeit achten. Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich die Anschlusszeit verpasst und bin deshalb vom Bahnhof mit dem Bus gefahren. Obwohl es länger gedauert hat, bin ich trotzdem dorthin gekommen.
Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel Touristen, die am nächsten Tag nach Hause fliegen möchten, um das großartige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels zu erleben.

AAnonymer BenutzerGut, dass es einen Shuttlebus-Service vom Flughafen Narita zum Hotel gibt, aber es wäre besser, wenn es mehr Busse gäbe, da die Plätze auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel fast voll waren. Das Einchecken war sehr schnell und einfach, die Ausstattung war gut; den Shuttlebus für die Rückfahrt zum Flughafen muss man per QR-Code im Voraus buchen.
Was das Zimmer betrifft, war es ziemlich alt, aber okay. Als wir die Toilette in unserem Hotelzimmer betraten, lag etwas Müll im Mülleimer. Auf dem Rückweg zum Flughafen war der Shuttlebus jedoch pünktlich. Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und sprach sehr gut Englisch :)

The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall.
The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay.
The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel.
The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride.
The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options.
Overall I was happy with my stay.

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

GGastnutzerWe absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size).
We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite)
Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel.
The only things we noted was
- the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice.
However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home.
- there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor.
- definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table.
But those are only small things
We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !
