Der Kundenservice war ziemlich unhöflich und abweisend und das kommt von einem super entspannten Kunden. Das Zimmer ist sauber und modern, aber einfach. Es werden keine Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt – sollte auf jeden Fall dem Preis entsprechen, den das Hotel verlangt. Die Lage ist großartig, mit Transfer zum Flughafen, aber Sie müssen 24 Stunden im Voraus Bescheid geben, sonst wird die Abholung verweigert. Das Frühstück ist 5/10. Nicht schrecklich, aber die Auswahl ist begrenzt und die Qualität ist nicht sehr gut. WLAN war auch schlecht. Das Fitnessstudio ist schrecklich. Insgesamt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, sehr sauber, das Zimmer hat drei Betten oben und unten, jede Bett hat eine private Versteckung, eine Lampe, einen Sitz, sehr bequem, und sechs Lagerbecken, die Wände sind mit einem Wandschrank, zwei Toiletten, zwei Trennungen, Wasser ist warm und groß, sehr komfortabel. Der Personalservice auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut, enthusiastisch und bietet viele Hilfe, wie zum Beispiel Autobus-Tickets und Bus-Tickets, das Hotel bietet kostenlose Kaffee und heißes Wasser, das Frühstück kann ein anderes bezahlbares Mahlzeiten bezahlen, 20-25 Columbia Soul. Sehr gutes Hotel.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Got stranded at Bogata due to airline issues. Trip.com was very helpful to ensure i got a room in a timely fashion. The hotel is near the airport in a safe neighbourhood. Room was spacious but bathtub could be cleaner. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have free shuttle buses to/from the airport

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Room is comfortable, spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Very clean rooms and amenities are okay. Love the cookie! Located to a nearby mall. Breakfast is delicious.

我感覺性價比特別特別高，是我在國外性價比比較高的酒店環境也很好，很適合接待客户大堂什麼都很乾凈，服務也很好，門口的門衞都會幫忙提行李，房間也很乾凈很寬敞。 特別是當地很有特色的水果，我都在酒店的早餐吃到了土豆湯很好喝。

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt keine falschen Maus. Die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist bequem, die Umgebung ist sehr sicher, der Servicepersonal ist lobenswert

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
