整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

Der Ort war perfekt: zentrale, nahe an schönen Restaurants und Bars, gut eingerichtet, schönes Personal, großartige SPA (wert der 25 EUR Gebühr für den Zugang!) und was für ein großartiges Frühstücksbuffet! Wählen Sie die Suiten, sie sind wirklich den Zusatzpreis wert. Sie waren alle für unsere zweite Nacht gebucht und so mussten wir in ein Standardzimmer gehen und es war nicht so großartig.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, aber aus der Stadt in einem einsamen Industriebereich, perfekt für diejenigen mit einem Auto. Wifi in einigen Zimmern ist auch ziemlich enttäuschend. Andere als das, moderne Einrichtungen einschließlich Schwimmbad (offensichtlich im Dezember geschlossen), großzügiger Autopark, große Schlafzimmer und superb Frühstück.

Das beste Hotel, das ich für diese Reise besucht habe. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einfachste Weg zum Hotel ist, über den Eisenbahnverkehr von Bari Centrale nach Matera Centrale zu gehen. Dann wird Ihnen ein Bus in der Nähe der Bahnhof die Türsteige holen. Sehr effiziente Lage.

Das beste 5* ich habe geblieben. Dieses Hotel hat eine Seele von ihm. Wirklich magisch.

I recently stayed at the Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel and Spa in Matera, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, nestled within the Matera Sassi UNESCO World Heritage site, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, and a heated indoor pool. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.
