El edificio es nuevo y muy bonito. La pena es que la habitación que me dieron no se correspondía con las imágenes que tienen publicadas cuando eliges la habitación. Elegí la habitación doble superior y me dijeron que las fotos que aparecen en mi reserva son de la habitación premium. Me defraudó eso.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

房間裝修和庭院都不錯，在老城區，不滿意的是早餐，居然不是自助餐，衹能選擇某一種樣式的，比如法式或者健康或者多米尼加式，健康式早餐衹有一小碗麥片和幾塊水果，法式是兩塊隔夜的小牛角包和幾塊水果，不能再寒酸了…… 因為是老房子，馬桶沖完水不能復位，一直嘩啦嘩啦漏水，晚上房子還有奇怪的聲音…… 但是也算是體驗了一下復古風格的酒店，下次不要了

На рецепции все дружелюбно. Хороший отель , уборка в номере не очень. Какая-то проблема со светом, сам включается и мешает спать. Отличный завтрак!

Die Einfahrt ist auf der Straße des Grafs, der beliebten Sonntagsstraße, sicher. Wenn man ankommt, bitten wir uns, das zu füllen, was man am nächsten Morgen zum Mittagessen wünscht. Frühstück auf der einfachen, aber koppellen Basis mit sehr guter Service. Wir waren auf der letzten Etage mit Balkon gab auf der Straße schwache Conde. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gedacht, modern und sicher, alles ist zur Verfügung, um sich zu essen zu machen, im Badezimmer gibt es alles, was man braucht (Zahnbürste, nach Schampoo, Schaum .... ) il y’a la climate et le ventilateur, tout est parfaitement équipé et propre. Du café est disponible dans la chambre, on peut même se faire un nespresso au premier étage. Le jacuzzi était en fonctionnement et l’eau est régulièrement changé. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber man kann Ihnen helfen, Ihre Gepäck zu tragen, wenn Sie es brauchen, das Personal ist sehr nett. Es fehlt nur eine Anti-Mostic-Einnahme, die sehr nützlich gewesen wäre! Wenn nicht alles perfekt war, ist das Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet und die perfekte geografische Lage, wir werden es mit großer Freude wiederholen

La verdad que me encantó mi estancia en este lugar! El servicio 10/10, la comida 10/10, limpieza 10/10, el servicio a la habitación 10/10, son muy atentos a lo que quiere el huésped y actúan con rapidez a sus deseos…y está súper bien localizado cerca de restaurantes, fast foods, malls y supermercados…así que no se podía pedir más…100/100 recomendado este hotel 💪

+++++ One of the best experiences in Dominican Republic. Antique building, interior, breakfast, service and help from employees: all this made the staying very pleasant and comfortable. - the sink was leaking. The repairman came fast, however the problem appeared again after. Suggestion: make available hot water during the day for the guests without a need to ask for it on reception.

객실이 뭔가 잘 정리된느낌. 수압이 엄청세서 제대로 샤워한 느낌. 주차장에서 객실까지 이동동선이 매우 가까워서 좋음. 주차관리원이 항상대기하여 주차를 도와줌. 무엇보다 가격이 저렴함
