Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Bay of Plenty, Neuseeland

Das Stockwerk, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war nicht gut, es war der Keller. Später, weil die Tür kaputt war, bekam ich das Erdgeschoss, als ich sehr spät eincheckte. Ich habe auch ausdrücklich gefragt, ob es hohe Stockwerke gibt, und sie sagten nein, und das Personal an der Rezeption log alle. Sie können frühmorgens ein normales Zimmer auf der Etage bekommen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Das Frühstück und das Zimmer des Hotels sind ziemlich weit entfernt und die heiße Quelle riecht großartig. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert. Das Gebiet ist klein.

Up on arrival we were allocated our room which was not what we expected, we found the outlook unacceptable looking over roofs, when it rained it got quite noisy. When we booked the outlook from the balcony was not what you get. The balcony was very dirty and had not been cleaned for some time. We asked for another room where the reply was you have one of our premium room if you want another room it will cost you $300 more. So the lesson learned here is to check your room first. The shower was inside a bath that was large enough for children or small adults this was disappointing. The Spa has timer on the pump on the occasion I used it we had no pump and would not turn on even after the 15 minutes rest and resetting the Red button on the wall .  The buffet was a shock $70 per person, outside buffet averaged $35, don’t get me wrong the buffet was good lacking in taste on some items but overall a good standard. Breakfast was very good a 9/10 for sure, bar service and staff service were also very good, overall it needs to improve some of the housekeeping and up date the Spa area, pool looked very good plenty of towels, the outside area here could do with a makeover like shelter areas from the sun and rain. Would we go again, unsure the room for the price would definitely have to change.

Great time had there. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.  Only thing I didn’t really appreciate was, we didn’t have a kitchen sink in our room which we were a bit confused about. Had to fill up the kettle from  the bathroom sink. That’s ok, but if I had known previously from the booking, I  would have asked for a room  with a sink.   Otherwise very satisfactory😁

We have a good 2 days stay at pullman rotorua. It has great location as it is quick to travel to nearby tourist attractions and good food places from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay on the hotel.

They have great customer service. Are very polite and easy to talk to. The only two sad things was that I asked for our room to be cleaned while I took the kids out in the morning around 8. But when I arrived back in the afternoon around 4pm, it was not yet cleaned. Also the shower head was very hard to use. Maybe it has some plugging issues. The water comes out outwards, not focused in the middle.

Gemütlich in der Stadt gelegen. Fahren Sie zum größten Teil der Attraktionen ist weniger als 10 Minuten. Zimmer ist auch sehr geräumig und sehr sauber.

Our stay was absolutely worth it, great value for the price! The room was very spacious and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we return to Rotorua.

Ziemlich alt, Billig, Insgesamt ist es nicht so gut wie das nahegelegene Motel. zu alt Der Inder an der Rezeption ist nicht sehr professionell und kann grundsätzlich nicht über Service sprechen. Habe keine Erwartungen

[Lage] Das Hotel liegt nördlich der Stadt Tauranga, aber es ist nicht weit entfernt, das sind etwa 800 m. [Service] Der Service ist in Ordnung, da ich früh angekommen bin, habe ich in der Lobby Kaffee bestellt und eine Weile gewartet. Danach bekam die Rezeption die Zimmerkarte, um Sie zu finden und sagte, das Zimmer sei fertig. [Gesundheit] Insgesamt gut [Ausstattung] Das Hotel hat überhaupt keine Schalldämmung. Die super lauten Einrichtungen sind zu alt, aber es geht nicht kaputt. Das Hotel stellt keine Zahnbürsten und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung. Es bietet nur Shampoo Conditioner und Seife. Bei Bedarf können Sie an der Rezeption nachfragen. (Ich bringe meine eigenen Toilettenartikel und Hausschuhe mit) Die Klimaanlage hat einen starken Lärm. Die Position des Steckers ist am Bett nicht vorgesehen. Es ist zu umständlich, zur Ladetoilette unter dem Fernseher zu gehen. Das Design des Waschtisches im Bad ist besonders flach und altmodisch. Problemloses Parken im Hotel in der Tiefgarage und im Freien, aber die Tiefgarage muss nicht reservierte Parkplätze finden oder sie wird abgeschleppt Nach dem Nachchecken reklamiert, das Hotel schickte zwei Frühstücke, aber die Frühstücksart war zu klein ... weißt du, aber will das Geld schließlich nicht.
