Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt Mrs. Bridget war erstaunlich, dass sie mich frühzeitig geprüft hat. Das Essen war großartig für Mittagessen und Abendessen. Brittany bei der Bar war sehr nett und schneller Service, die sie half, meine Geburtstagsfeier erinnerebar. Danke beiden Damen

Das Hotel am Fluss Savannah sollte das beste von den üblichen Hotels sein. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Verwaltung ein bisschen unzufrieden ist. Sie hat unsere Kreditkarten willkürlich gepflegt. Die Kosten sind immer noch nicht klar. Durch die Unkommunikativität des Trip.com-Administrators wird jetzt endlich mehr Gelder bescheinigt. Es gibt noch keine Rückzahlung, und ich hoffe, dass alles gut ist.

Der Sohn kehrte nach Hause zurück und flog von Atlanta nach Amsterdam und musste in Atlanta übernachten. Eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt, erlebte diese Familie in den USA Ausschreitungen gegen Rassendiskriminierung und Ausgangssperren in der ganzen Stadt. Der Bus zwischen Hotel und Flughafen hielt auch, das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet, nicht einmal Frühstück! Es gibt eine Kaffeetube, die Sandwiches oder so verkauft. Zum Glück, nur eine Nacht, füllen Sie kaum Ihren Magen, beeilen Sie sich und gehen Sie!

Das Hotel war direkt von I-95 und die Lage war wunderbar. Als wir angemeldet wurden, wurden wir von freundlichem Personal und schnellem Service begrüßt. Wir gingen ins Zimmer und es war ursprünglich nicht auf mich und meine Partners Reinigungsstandards. Als wir den Vordertisch warnen, wandten sie uns schnell in ein neues Zimmer, das priest war. Die Nacht war ruhig und komfortabel mit viel Essen in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wurde warm und über eine lange Zeit serviert, aber es war fehlende Zeit, als wir essen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für das Standard-Hotelpreis Frühstück. Checkout war schnell und einfach mit ihrem Express-Check-out-System.

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Check-in and check out were both quick and very pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient. When asked about food delivery, they were quite helpful.
The facility was clean and welcoming.

TTianjiliuIch lebte hier sieben Tage, insgesamt ist es gut sauber, dass der Service nicht das beste ist, das Frühstück ist einfach. Mehr als 1000 Hotels pro Nacht, wenn man in China sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück essen könnte, aber hier ist es auch für sieben Tage in Folge so einfaches Frühstück, es ist etwas untragbar.

Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Zug am Flughafen, mehr Gepäck oder bis zum Regentag, ist noch nicht sehr bequem.

El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El único punto peor es que las habitaciones están descuidadas y necesitan mantenimiento.

GGastnutzerThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.
