Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Das **Frühstück** war fantastisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Gerichten, insbesondere den köstlichen und frisch zubereiteten Essensständen. Ich habe mich jeden Tag darauf gefreut. **Der Pool** war wunderschön, mit klarem, sauberem Wasser, was das Schwimmen und Entspannen am Pool zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis machte. **Der Komfort** war tadellos. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die druckfreie Matratze war unglaublich bequem, die Schallisolierung war hervorragend und das Badezimmer war fantastisch. Das gesamte Hotel hatte eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, und das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück, der Pool und der allgemeine Komfort waren alle sehr beeindruckend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Overall my experience was a very pleasant one very clean establishment I love the security of the keyed elevators the swimming pool was always a nice temperature jacuzzi as well restaurant was great however waitress wasn't the best at showing hospitality other than that I would definitely stay here whenever I need to!

Der Sohn kehrte nach Hause zurück und flog von Atlanta nach Amsterdam und musste in Atlanta übernachten. Eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt, erlebte diese Familie in den USA Ausschreitungen gegen Rassendiskriminierung und Ausgangssperren in der ganzen Stadt. Der Bus zwischen Hotel und Flughafen hielt auch, das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet, nicht einmal Frühstück! Es gibt eine Kaffeetube, die Sandwiches oder so verkauft. Zum Glück, nur eine Nacht, füllen Sie kaum Ihren Magen, beeilen Sie sich und gehen Sie!

My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

Great location close to the airport. Shuttle running 24h every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come again.

Room was relatively clean, bed was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast can be improved a little, when the AC was off we could hear the highway noise, we would stay here in future again.

Hotel was huge and clean. They even allow us to have a early check in. Everything was smooth. There is new starbucks at lobby.

Sehr schöner Ort, leichter Zugang zu nahegelegenen Dingen.
