Das Personal im Vorabbüro ist ausgezeichnet. Insbesondere haben Frau Daniella und Frau Queena beide den Weg verlassen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. In der Tat Frau Queena, begleitete mich zum Bahnhof im Hotelwagen, um sicherzustellen, dass ich dorthin komme. Die zusätzliche Anstrengung, die Frau Daniella getan hat, um mir ein Zimmer mit AC zu bekommen, war erstaunlich. Ich kann den Hotelchromen jedoch nicht so komplimentar sein. Klimaanlage war kaum funktioniert und musste Zimmer wechseln.

Luoyang ist großartig, ich komme das nächste Mal wieder! ! Ausstattung: Xiaodu-Sprachdienst, Smart-Toilette, Xiaomi-Smart-TV Hygiene: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Dame, die das Zimmer putzt, ist auch sehr nett Umgebung: Ein Freund hat mir diesen Ort empfohlen, weil mich der Blick auf den Fluss angezogen hat. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist sehr beeindruckend. Service: Das Frühstück ist auch etwas ganz Besonderes und es ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, es aufs Zimmer zu bringen

Das Hotel liegt direkt vor der Altstadt, wo man gut essen und herumlaufen kann. Auch die U-Bahn ist nur 200 m entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer angenehm! Sie stellen sogar Snacks ins Zimmer und füllen es während unseres Aufenthalts jeden Tag auf. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wirklich empfehlenswert!!

This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and visiting nearby attractions. The staff were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff kindly helped call a taxi for me free of charge when I wanted to visit nearby tourist spots. also able to do an early check-in, which was a big plus after a long journey. The room was new, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and excellent. There were complimentary snacks and unlimited drinking water provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Also, there is a hot pot restaurant at the street corner near the hotel — the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. If I have the chance to visit Luoyang again, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

This boutique hotel/ luxury homestay is a perfect find. Nestled in the heart of the older part of the city, the hotel is a nicely curated property. The ambience and views within the hallways are picture perfect. Every small detail of every corner made you feel that you’re transported into a resort from an ancient era with a stylish modern twist. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed that makes it hard for you to part with. The water dispenser in the room was a very nice addition that made you not need to leave the room. Just a few things that could have made it more perfect. The open concept bathroom sometimes made the room have a slight odour. Floors to the shower were very slippery but they had adequate warnings about it. If the toilet had a bidet then it would be 10/10. The hotel also had no road access, apart from the parking lot at the back of it, so guests would have to navigate their luggage through the narrow hallways. Last but not least, their service was excellent. There was a welcome gift box with local snacks for guests. They even gave a check out gift with various Knick knacks that made guests remember them. Staying here definitely is as good if not better than some 4 or 5 star hotel chains.

I went for the cheapest and most basic room, and it was very cheap! So whilst this review might seem negative here and there, it's merely a description of what I expected. Firstly, it was January and was unusually cold for Zhengzhou, having recently snowed and with sub-zero temperatures. So I expected the room to be cold, as heating isn't the norm in this part of China (as it is in the North). But the air con which one normally relies on, only blew cold air and for some reason wouldn't go above 17°C, so I turned it off. (pic) The room had windows, but was behind a facade and allowed in very little daylight. (pic is the daytime pic of the window without the room lights on). Instead of the Queen bed I expected, I had two very large singles, so I doubled up on the duvets and I was very warm whilst in bed. I found the small things annoying, like plastic slippers that hurt your feet (pic) that other people have worn; coat hangers in the bathroom but not even a nail in the door to hang your coat. I used a broken edge of the door to hang my coat(pic) . And two paper cups (no bottled water but the kettle worked well). And only one towel, albeit a large one. And the big gap all around door (pic) which let in smoking smells from other rooms, as well as the light from the hall. The pillows, and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was hot (I didn't dare to shower because of the cold). The w/c functioned well, and although the beds were characteristically hard, I slept very well. There were better rooms free which they could have given me, but they chose to give me an inferior room, which I am reviewing. The TV worked but I couldn't get any channels on it. I've successfully used that type of TV before so I don't know what I was doing wrong. WiFi was good. The decor appeared 'grubby' but this is normal in China. Check-in was quick and OK. I booked a (free) lift to airport for the next morning, but when I turned up at the time agreed, there was nobody at reception, so I took the subway, which was adequate. I recommend it if you are on a budget. It was cheap. I'll try somewhere else next time. The location is great and there's an abundance of hotels in the area.

Very nice location with many places to eat and drink. Many convenience stores for travellers. Room is clean and size is perfect. Amenities like washing machine, hangers, hair dryer etc. available. Sound proofing is good, no disturbance from noise at all. Would recommend and would book again 😊

1. Erstens ist der Ort unklar, als ich nachts ankam und meinen Koffer lange schleppte. Das erfuhr ich erst, nachdem ich die Passanten gefragt hatte. 2. Was die Hygiene angeht: Hinter der Badezimmertür liegt ein Bonbonpapier von White Rabbit. Das hat zwar keinen Einfluss auf die Nutzung, aber auf die Stimmung. 3. Zum Frühstück: Der Zimmerpreis von über 300 Yuan ist in Henan nicht günstig, aber das Frühstück ist nicht günstig, vor allem der Kaffee, der entweder kein Wasser oder keine Milch enthält, obwohl der Kellner ihn an den Tisch gebracht hat. die Erfahrung war sehr schlecht; 4. Da ich nach meinem Besuch bei Fat Dong beschlossen habe, nach Luoyang zu kommen, müssen einige Desserts im Hotelkühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, aber mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht verfügbar sind; 5. Der Vorrat an Servietten im Hotel reicht nicht aus. Es sollten Reste vorhanden sein, die von den vorherigen Gästen nicht aufgebraucht wurden. 6. Lobenswert ist die hervorragende Lage.
