The staff doesn't try to hide the unequal service offered to foreign guests compared to that of the locals. No staff member offered to help us with our luggage. The rooms have poor sound isolation and you can hear your neighbours and the room above very clearly, particularly foot steps, which make sleeping difficult.

The Onsen Hotel is quite neat in general. The hotel is more for international guests instead of local guests, so it’s not like a traditional Japanese Onsen hotel services that they provide. The food are fine but not the best we had.

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Dieses Hotel bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Atmosphäre ist gut, wir sitzen im Lobby, genießen den kostenlosen Wein, Saft, Kaffee und einige Snacks und Schokolade. Sie bieten 3 verschiedene weiße Weine und 2 rote Weine. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist im Winter sehr schön, vor allem Schnee. Die Zimmergröße ist groß. Darüber hinaus haben sie ein öffentliches warmes Bad und kostenloses Waschbecken. Wir genießen wirklich in den Hotels und dem Frühstück. Über die Lage, ist es in der Nähe von Furano Ski und auch Furano Delikate (gemütliche Kuchen)

Da es sich um ein frisch renoviertes Hotel handelte, fühlte sich alles neu und sauber an. Ich denke, es war besser, weil es in Sapporo nicht viele neue Hotels gibt. Das kleine Zimmer war mit 39 Quadratmetern geräumig. Der Raum war geräumig und die Toilette/das Badezimmer war geräumig und daher einfach zu benutzen. Es befand sich im 6. Stock eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes und die Aussicht war die der Sapporo-Fabrik. Der größte Vorteil war, dass das Frühstück sehr lecker war, die Fenster im Zimmer offen und gut belüftet waren und die freundliche Atmosphäre insgesamt angenehm war, da es sich um ein globales Kettenhotel handelte. Der Standort befindet sich jedoch direkt neben der Sapporo-Fabrik, sodass Sie ein wenig laufen müssen, um zum Bahnhof Sapporo oder Susukino zu gelangen. Zum Bahnhof Sapporo sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß und nach Susukino 25 Minuten. Und es gibt keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hotels. Sie müssen zum Supermarkt in der Sapporo-Fabrik gehen. (7-Eleven, im ersten Stock gelegen.) Natürlich ist es nicht weit.

Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, die Landschaft ist gut, es gibt einen speziellen Chicken-Station, der 16e Stock hat eine kostenlose Lounge, Getränke, Kaffee, roter weißer Wein und Bier, Gemüse-Kleinfrüchte ⋯⋯ Das japanische französische Essen mit einem Schalenfrüchte-Essen ist sehr erstaunlich und der Service ist super gut.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Wulingguo und ist von vielen Restaurants umgeben. Es ist sauber und ordentlich, und das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Mein Flug wurde abgesagt und war daher gezwungen, in einem Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens zu bleiben. Dieses Hotel ist nicht nur bequem, sondern ist auch mit einem sauberen und gemütlichen Esel ausgestattet. Das Zimmer selbst ist groß und die meisten der Anlagen sind noch sehr neu und zeigen sehr minimale Zeichen von Tränen und Verschleiß. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich hätte, ist, mehr Auswahl an Meeresfrüchten zu beinhalten und eine Meeresfrüchte-Don zu dienen. Sehr überrascht, dass es keine der in Hokkaido angebotenen gibt, wo Meeresfrüchte so beliebt und berühmt sind. Anderes als das, nichts zu beschweren

Trotz der düsteren Atmosphäre und der klassischen, dunklen Dekoration machen die private Essens- und Essenserfahrung eine standhafte Wahl im Bereich. Highlights: Das Zimmer: Geräuschlich mit schönen Holzböden und einem privaten Außenkanon. Socken in der Wärme während Schneefall ist rein magisch. Die Funktionen wie der ”His&Her” sinken und ein in-Room-Massage-Stuhl machen unser Aufenthalt bequemer. Alles Komplimentar im Zimmer fügt einen sorgfältigen Touch hinzu. Essen: Das Buffet bietet eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an lokalen Gerichten neben schön geplatten Händen. Auch wenn es besetzt ist, verwaltete das Personal den Sitz systematisch, so dass wir die herrliche Winteraussichten bequem genießen. Die Hokkaido-Käse-Pizza und Dessert sind absolute Muster-Tests. Lage und Service: Perfekt im Herzen des Sehenswürdigkeitsbezirks gelegen, mit berühmten Süßwarenladen in der Nähe. Die komplimentären Parkplätze und die Pflege, perfektes Personal machten unser Aufenthalt unschön. Bemerkungen: Atmosphäre: Die gemeinsamen Gebiete können sich wegen ihrer Popularität ein wenig überfüllt fühlen. Design: Die Innenräume sind etwas veraltet und schlank in Richtung sehr dunkelen Ton, und vor allem ist Netflix nicht im Innenraum TV verfügbar. Hinweis: Windows ist befestigt; die Belüftung wird über die Tür des Balkons verwaltet. Urteil: Sehr empfohlen für Lebensmittel und Onsen Liebhaber, die das Zentrum der Aktion sein wollen.
