Ein echtes Juwel in der Nähe des Mount Kinabalu! Das Superior-Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett war sehr gemütlich und bot einen tollen Ausblick auf die umliegende Natur. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal, das einem mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung weiterhilft. Ein perfekter Zwischenstopp für alle, die den Nationalpark erkunden möchten!

Our rooms were Chalet style at the forested area. It was fun as we had to use a bridge to cross over to our rooms. The shower is good, hot water was very hot. But not very stable. No aircon but have fan as its cold at night. I don't recommend chalet if you have walking difficulties. Better stay at the hotel side. The chalets do not have a room phone and it may be a little challenging if you need help at anytime. I have feedback to Vera and Dav at Front Desk regarding the experience of some noise in my chalet at 3/4 am for an hour. Likely by wild animals. We could see Mt Kinabalu from our balcony.

this small hotel is located up hill, all single storey rooms with balcony - you can wake up with fantastic mountain view with big glass sliding door your car can park right in front of your room, remember to have at least 1.3 power horse car to drive up slope from main road currently restaurant not open as under renovation they dont make your bed unless you inform them for those who stay more than 1night bathroom is basic & simple equipped with hot water shower and hair dryer, 2-in-1 hair & shower gel rooms provide kettle, 2 bottle mineral water and 2pack of 3-in-1 coffee powder, No TV nor phone

Die Gäste sind schön, nett Menschen, die unseren Aufenthalt bequem gemacht haben. Unser Zimmer war ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Bett, einem Tisch, einem Klimaanlage und einem kombinierten WC. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Sie können eine Lieferung von Nahrungsmitteln bestellen und es wird ziemlich schnell gebracht werden, das Essen ist lecker. Sie können Kaffee, Tee, Getränke an Ort. Vor dem Eingang in Hot Poring Springs gehen 15 Minuten, aber Sie können kostenlos genommen werden. Es gibt eine Transfer-Anfrage nach Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan. Es ist teuer als eine Raubübernahme, aber eine Raubübernahme von dort nicht genannt. Die Raubübernahme kostet uns 200 Ringgits von Kota Kinabalu, die Rückübertragung kostet 300. It was an awesome experience staying at Spring Garden. The host, Mr Lee, went all out to ensure our stay was comfortable. When it rained, he brought umbrellas and placed outside our house. He helped carried our luggage to and from our car, right to our doorstep. When we were tired and didn't wish to drive out for dinner, he offered to pack food for us and suggested a few places for us to consider. We couldn't have asked for a better host and are very grateful for his warm hospitality. The house is very clean, mountain air fresh and the surroundings just so beautiful. Driving around Kundasang area, am so thankful we selected Spring Garden Kundasang for our stay. Some of the accommodation we saw were quite rundown, surroundings were noisy and parking was difficult. Spring Garden Kundasang offered a restful respite away from the hustle and bustle. We are so glad we made the right choice. Thank you once again, Mr Lee.

Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Pros: Easy check-in, with a receptionist available. Great location, only about a 5-minute walk to Bataras Supermarket, with Uncle Bob and Aicha in the same row, making it very convenient for food and daily necessities. Although it is close to the supermarket and shops, the area was surprisingly quiet at night. No bad smells in the house or around the toilets. The view is pretty good and better than expected. I requested a ground-floor unit because we had an older guest with us, and they kindly arranged a ground-floor unit for us. Really appreciated this. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The floors and kitchen were clean. The kitchen utensils were also clean, which was a big plus. Many guesthouses have clean rooms but dirty kitchen utensils, so I really appreciated this. The place is spacious and suitable for a big group. Cons: The bidet spray/water pressure was a little too strong, and some of the pipes were leaking. One of the toilets became clogged on the second day. There is a small graveyard nearby, but personally, it was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and felt comfortable throughout. The convenient location, cleanliness, helpful staff, and spacious layout made this a great choice, especially for a big group. We definitely would love to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here in a standard double room during our trip to Kundasang. The room was spacious enough for the two of us, with plenty of space to open our luggages comfortably. It was also well equipped with sufficient hangers, two mugs, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer, which made our stay more convenient. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was unforgettable, and the breakfast area also offered the same amazing view, making the morning meal even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety including toast, nasi goreng, sausages, baked beans, sunny-side-up eggs, cereal, Sabah tea, coffee, and cordial. Unfortunately, housekeeping could be improved. There were quite a few spider webs under the hanger area where guests would naturally place their shoes, which gave the impression that the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. We also spotted a baby cockroach crawling out from the bed, which was disappointing and affected our overall comfort. Overall, the beautiful mountain views, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast made for a pleasant stay, but the cleanliness issues need attention. With better housekeeping, this hotel would provide a much better experience.

The resort is conveniently located right beside the main road connecting Ranau and Kota Kinabalu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. While there was some traffic noise from passing vehicles, it wasn’t a major issue—earplugs can easily solve that if you’re a light sleeper. What mattered most to us was the cleanliness, which was excellent. An added bonus is that extra mattresses are available for rent if needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Die Berge um 6 Uhr morgens werden Sie wirklich überrascht 😲 Wir leben auf der höchsten Ebene, Öffnen Sie die Tür nach links 👀 ist ein ganzer Tempelberg, und es gibt keine Draht und so weiter, um die Bilder zu nehmen 😍😍😍 Öffnen Sie die Tür nach rechts 👀 ist ein schwimmiger Meer, der Wind ist wirklich sehr komfortabel, sehr kalt 🥶 Es ist, dass es viele kleine Insekten in dem Zimmer gibt, die Bettwäsche ist nicht sehr sauber, wird sauber.. 😂
