Very nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.

Quarto com vista desagradável, almofadas péssimas. WC limpo e higiénico. Colchão bom Atendimento muito simpático. Parque estacionamento privado muito bom.

Süßes, elegantes, sehr warmes Hotel, bequeme Betten.Vor dem Frühstück wird das Wasser im Bad kalt,was in den zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen passiert ist. Es waren zwei Nächte, am ersten Tag war das Frühstück mit der Zeit gekennzeichnet und alles ging ruhig, am zweiten Tag, der Sonntag war das Hotel war voll, sie haben keine Zeit für das Frühstück gekennzeichnet und es war ein Chaos, Dann war es fast nichts mehr zu essen, weder Saft noch Tasse, eine Verwirrung,die Beschäftigten, die in Schmerzen laufen, schließlich war nichts angenehm. Dann, zum Zeitpunkt der Auscheckung, haben sie ein Barkonto vorgestellt, dass wir nicht einmal dort waren oder waren .Das heißt, sie haben sich beim Anzeigen der Zimmernummer irregeführt oder die Gäste haben sie irregeführt und haben unsere Zimmer gegeben. - Eine Unordnung.

Vorsichtig und verfügbares Personal  Sehr ruhiger Ort, perfekt zu entspannen   Das Essen ist gut im Poolbereich und im Restaurant und Frühstück  Ein sehr angenehmer und toller Teil des Pools zu genießen Nur der Pool war nicht so heiß, aber vielleicht, weil es Sommer ist, weiß ich nicht.

Nice, modern hotel situated a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. The rooms are spacious and of modern design. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. Wifi is working flawless in the entire hotel. The staff is courteous and eager to assist when needed. The breakfast is richly garnished with a good selection of fruits. Free parking is offered in der underground garage. The entrance is tricky to manoeuvre. We tried once the hotel food in the evening but preferred to dine outside, as we were not impressed with it.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el bonito y agradable pueblo de Tomar y sus alrededores. El Convento de Cristo es relativamente cercano a pie, pero por estar ubicado en altura parece más sensato subir en vehículo. La recepcionista muy amable, incluso no tuvo duda de levantarse y salir a la calle para asesorarnos con el aparcamiento. Si el edificio hubiese dispuesto de ascensor, hubiera sido cuasi perfecto. La botella de agua en la habitación es una cortesía que valoramos muy positivamente Y que el baño estuviera provisto de ducha tropical fue otro detalle de gran agrado para nosotros. Desayunar en los alrededores no es ningún problema. En general, se trata de de un hotel muy recomendable.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. There is no tea or coffee in the room but all other basics are available. Perfect for a short stay in that area that’s very reasonably priced

Limpeza e simpatia impecável sempre prestaveis. Muito atenciosos.Quarto acolhedor fui com o meu filho de 8 anos que quis ir aí ginásio e adorou.

Nous sommes des clients habituels de cet hôtel Três bien situé pour visiter la ville, très propre, très bonne literie.Très classe mais dans son jus depuis quelques années, quelques rénovations sont entreprises mais malheureusement bas de gamme par rapport au type d hôtel , avec le temps la qualité des prestations diminuent Nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar mais avons été littéralement ignorés par le personnel, après plus de 30 minutes d attente nous sommes partis, dommage !!
