Wir wurden früher eingecheckt und der Empfänger war freundlich zu bemerken, dass wir um 1 Uhr morgens auschecken, da wir nach Kuala Lumpur zurückzufahren brauchten, um unseren Überseeflug zu fangen. Glücklicherweise konnte sie uns in 1.5 Stunden früher überprüfen.

I booked 1 night stay here because I was heading to Hat Yai by train and thought this would be a good place to stay. However, the location is remote and nothing nearby so you are reliant on Grab even for food which will cost you more in delivery than the bcost of the food itself. With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to stay in the town of Padang Basar itself where food and drink would be available in walking distance and you are not too far from the border with Thailand. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Cafe which which offers basic stuff and, as far as I could make out, it not open all the time - hence my need to order food via Grab delivery. When you first turn the shower on for a hot shower, only cold water comes out, I waited a couple of minutes letting the shower run but it was still running cold so I went to Reception to ask about it. The young man at Reception initially said it was down to a Maintenance issue so I asked if it affects ALL the rooms or just mine. If only my room was affected then I should be moved to another room which had hot water in the shower. I said that I must best have a hot shower in the morning and the young man said he was the same as he also prefers to have a hot shower in the morning. The young man said he will try to find out before morning. A few minutes later, he came to the room and .said that we nust let the shower run for a few minutes and, sure enough, he was right as hot water started coming through. So, for the benefit of other guests, remember to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to get hot water. So, it was not a maintenance issue at all. On the positive side, after I ordered soup/food to be delivered by Grab, there was no crockery in the room nor any cutlery to eat the food with. The grab driver asked the hotel Reception young man for help and the hotel kindly provided a bowl and steel cutlery so I could have my food. This was very much appreciated so thank you to the young man at Reception who was on duty that evening.

it was really really good! they let us late check in without any issue, not to mention the fact that the late checkout up until 4pm is only 75 ringgit. so good!

We had a wonderful stay at this rest house. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities that made our stay convenient. The environment was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured that everything was in perfect order. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this is one of the best rest houses we’ve stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

Das Hotel liegt im Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar und hat eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Kangar mit entspannender Atmosphäre und schöner Aussicht auf die nahe gelegenen Hügel. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. Eine der Highlights ist der Schwimmbadbereich, der einen angenehmen Blick auf den Hügel bietet und einen schönen Ort zum Entspannen macht. Die Umgebung ist friedlich und es ist immer noch bequem, Nahrungsmittel und Grundausstattung in der Nähe zu finden. Insgesamt, ein einfacher, komfortabeler und praktischer Ort, um zu bleiben, wenn Sie Kangar besuchen.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt in Cassia Rama 9. Das höchste Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Fokus war definitiv der Infinity Pool im 37. Stock mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf Bangkok. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es ein wenig zu Fuß zum MRT ist, funktioniert der kostenlose Shuttle-Service perfekt. Sehr empfohlen!

Gute Lage.. großes Zimmer.. Parkplatz sehr begrenzt.. zusätzliche Handtücher Anfrage Lade rm5 pro Stück.. 1. Eindruck.. Geruch von Cempedak Obst im Hotel.. Personal sollte nicht im Hotel essen.. Andere sind ok. Hotel Telefonlinie funktioniert nicht.. wir haben Rezeption mit eigenem Telefon angerufen

Das Hotel hat einen freundlichen Personalservice und die Sauberkeit genossen, halten Sie es auf!! Die Lage ist durchschnittlich, aber die Hotelausstattung ist nur sehr grundlegende. Wände waren nicht gut genug. Zum Preis fühlte ich es ein bisschen hoch.

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
