Achterstallig onderhoud. Airco is buiten bedrijf gesteld, ongezellige ambiance, personeel is goed.
Alles hangt zo een beetje los, raamklink, badkamer douche ophanghaak. Verder ontzettend veel lawaai door de afzuiging van het gebouw. Mijn kamer 160 lag er pal naast. Hierdoor heel slecht geslapen.
Niet aan te bevelen.

Hotel bello e accogliente. Posizione sul lungo mare di Taranto super.
Camera matrimoniale standard “vecchia” ma ben tenuta. Colazione ben fornita sia di robe dolci che di salato.
Possibilista di parcheggiare la propria macchina nel parcheggio privato della struttura.
Si vede che sono in corso ancora dei lavori di rinnovamento in alcune parti della struttura. Sicuramente consigliato per un soggiorno a Taranto.

Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

Das Wohnzimmer und die Wohnung selbst sind atypisch und es ist sehr nett. Das Problem ist die Evakuierung von Wasser in der Dusche und der Handschellen der Fenstertür, die nicht halt.
Wir blieben zwei Nächte und das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Im Gegensatz zu dem unserer Nachbarn ja, während sie gleichzeitig mit uns angekommen sind. Unheimlich nicht? Ich empfehle trotz aller Orte.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Wasserfront der alten Stadt.
Das Hotel selbst ist sehr groß so zu sprechen, geräumige Zimmer und große öffentliche Räume. Es wird ein bisschen alt: Nicht unbedingt runter, sondern datiert. Es gibt eine Bar-Ebene hinter der Rezeption, die wie es nie Kunden für die Altersstunde gesehen hat, das Frühstück ist etwas düster für ein Hotel dieser Größe, aber dann wieder Italiener machen keine großen Frühstücken. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wunderschöne Lage im Stadtzentrum von Gallipoli, Hotel mit Swimmingpool, Solarium und Fitnessraum.
sehr komfortables Zimmer;
herzhaftes Frühstück mit süßen und herzhaften, heißen Creps vor Ort;
bequemer Shuttle zum Meer.
Ich empfehle es nicht, da ich am Ende keinen Platz mehr für meine Reservierungen finde. ahahahah

Das Hotel hat sehr lokale Merkmale, ist das Muster des lokalen Wohnhauses und kann das Gefühl des Wohnsitzes der lokalen Merkmalgebäude voll erleben. Das Hotel ist sehr besonnen, alle Arten von Versorgungs- und Einrichtungen sind nicht konzentriert und sehr detailliert. Besonders gutes Hotel.

GGastnutzerUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

GGuest UserIch glaube, das ist eine der besten Einrichtungen in Salento. Lecce ist eine wunderbare Stadt und das Hotel bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie wollen, um in Ruhe zu bleiben.
Ich hatte auch die Möglichkeit, das Restaurant, gute lokale Lebensmittel und gut gearbeitet von dem Chef zu schätzen. Komplimente!

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

RRenee GartnerDie Lage ist direkt am Wasserkant, mit den perfekten Tagesbetten, um den Ozean vorne zu genießen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig in Größe, obwohl wir laufende Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten und es kann eine Aussie-Sache sein - aber keine Eisen und nur die Möglichkeit, 24 Stunden für “Wasch” zu warten, wenn Sie etwas gedrängt brauchen, wie es als “Gesundheitsproblem” zu haben ein im Zimmer. (Nicht ideal, wenn Sie aus einer Tasche leben.)
Das Hotel ist stolz auf das „grüne“ sein, aber es fühlte sich einfach so, als wäre es eine Entschuldigung, die Ecken auf dem zu schneiden, was sie anbieten.
Die Fahrräder auf dem Angebot - sie waren mehr wie von einem Trift Shop geholt - aber arbeiteten für einen Morgen, um etwas weiter um die Ecke zu reisen.
Seien Sie sicher, die verrückten Sonnenuntergang zu genießen!

GGastnutzerLage: 4 Sterne. Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, und neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Lidl. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Straßen auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs viel sauberer sind.
Sauberkeit: 5 Sterne. Es ist sauber.
Ausstattung: 3 Sterne. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hoch, was angenehm ist, die Ausstattung ist jedoch etwas veraltet. Das Waschbecken ist zu niedrig und zu klein. Die Klimaanlage ist laut. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Hotel früher 4-Sterne-Standard hatte, aber renovierungsbedürftig ist.
Service: Das Personal ist gut.
