Wir reservierten die Hochzeitssuite, da wir den Jacuzzi nutzen können, aber bei der Eincheckung war der Jacuzzi nicht einmal gereinigt und nicht bereit für die Verwendung. Das Zimmer war jedoch so geräumig, es kann 4 Personen bewohnen.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

Booked 1 night for my daughter, room is spacious she said. People are courteous ☺️ she enjoyed the breakfast (she love pinoy food). Location is great!

The price is not expensive and we have free breakfast... so many free stuffs like slippers, tootpaste toothbrush facial wash and soap.they also provide wardrobes.. and the sleep waa great... The staffs are so friendly... and the air ourside is fresher than the other... free pool access... many things to do... its very safe ... so many friendly guards arround... the front desk, housekeepeling the guards and everyone is so friendly and so hospitable and very helpful.. thank you for leting us stay... well be back

Simple clean excellent value for money great facilities excellent value for money 🤑

If you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

Es tut mir leid, dass Wi-Fi nicht verwendet werden kann ❗️ und dann die Zahnfäden mit Saftwaschwasser nicht ❗️ arbeiten, ohne Wi-Fi-Ergebnisse halb Nacht zurückkehren. Auch wenn die Frau, die den Weg führt, anruft, hat sie keine Antwort. Sehr schade ...... Über. Wenn möglich, antworten Sie bitte. Bitte melden Sie die Ergebnisse.

Ich und mein Bestfreund hatten Spaß, eine Nacht in der Avida zu verbringen und das Zimmer, das wir bekamen ist 10/10 wir haben einen Blick auf Davao Stadt Licht und auch planen, wieder zu buchen
