GGastnutzeri stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels

AAnonymer BenutzerI had an excellent stay at Hotel Uno. The parking space was very convenient, which made traveling stress-free. I was also amazed that the famous Davao Roxas Night Market was just nearby, making it easy to enjoy local food and culture. I stayed for a night for business purposes, and everything went smoothly. Overall, a highly recommended place for both business and leisure.

AAnonymer BenutzerMy recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant with smooth service and friendly staff. However, the security team left much to be desired. They were often seen using their phones, which made them appear unprofessional. One evening, after picking up food, we were told by security to use the backyard for such activities. This was particularly frustrating as it was raining at the time. Additionally, the security personnel seemed to have an overly strict approach, constantly asking for our room number and checking our room card, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It seemed like they were not well-acquainted with their guests and lacked basic hospitality skills. While the overall stay was enjoyable, improvements in the security staff's approach would enhance the experience significantly.

- no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis
- No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way.
- loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures)
- bird poo all over the windows (see pictures)
- breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food.
A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

CCompingThe hotel location is conveniently located, many restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the vicinity. The front desk staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I don’t like in this hotel is the slow speed of the internet and you have to reconnect to their WiFi every time you came from outside.

MMy Beautiful GaiaThe place is neat and clean the bed is heavenly comfortable the bedding so white and clean and the whole room itself from the fixtures of bathroom to the tiles isn’t cheap ac,hot and cold shower works perfect - maybe this is a new hotel, and there is also a pool which I have missed to look it up in the rooftop… The location is very close by to SM-lanang- though do not expect the area is upscale it’s in the neighborhood of people lives on their ordinary living
- the hotel serves only a Filipino breakfast Nothing else what’s on their list is what all you get! And it’s Not appetizing ! - the front staff are friendly and just okay but they are not so attentive to you and No idea how to give any details to help you out and about the City 😑 … Grab is your butler anyway… and SM-lanang is a big bonus to this place where you can find the eats all you want ! Lastly, Free drinking water in dispenser and free Hot water any time …

GGuest UserSehr schönes Hotel, jeder sehr freundlich, wir genossen es sehr. Services waren sehr gut, Einrichtungen waren auch sehr gut und wir genossen alle filippinischen Frühstücken, die wir hatten. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel, das im Zentrum von allem und auch sehr ruhig für seine Lage ist. Danke für die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter.
