I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Freundlicherweise stellt das Hotel Informationen auf Chinesisch zur Anreise zum Flughafen und nach Pamukkale bereit. Die Fahrt mit dem Minibus nach Pamukkale ist unkompliziert. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist etwas begrenzt, aber das Essen ist in Ordnung. Das Restaurant befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und bietet eine schöne Aussicht.

This hotel was very clean and more than I expected. Breakfast was enough and hospitality was good. I wish I could stay one more night if I had time.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Das Hamam war sauber und der Service war ausgezeichnet, und die Massage war auch sauber und professionell. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Therapeutin Frau Hatice.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kamen um 6 Uhr morgens an und konnten sofort einchecken. Es gab sogar ein kostenloses Frühstück. Das Zimmer war jedoch recht dunkel und die Klimaanlage sehr alt. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, der Fußballplatz sehen kann und Kleidung nehmen kann. Die Nacht schläft besonders geruchig, wir haben 2 Nächte gelebt, das Frühstück ist für jeden eins, kann Tee essen. Neben dem Parkplatz ist es sehr bequem. Von der Südtür des Cubsburgs ist sehr nahe und der Weg kann erreicht werden. Ich kann morgens den heißen Luftballon sehen 🎈, so wunderschön

Das Hotel ist besonders gut gereinigt und in der Lage. Frühstück *** genügt, die Produkte waren sauber und frisch. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Türkarte. Die Tür wurde nicht geöffnet. Es ist ein bisschen spät, aber es ist nicht immer passiert. Alles außer ihm war gut.
