I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.  However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go.  The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy.  There were no vending machines.  The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.   I have attached pictures of the room.  Door frames were completely broken.  Door would hardly open or shut.  The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires.  The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath. Most of these issues are routine maintenance items.  For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room.  Room 118 was not that room. Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.

Ich kam hier mit meinem Mann und 2 Kindern für ein Sportspiel KC. Lage war großartig. Frühstück war wahrscheinlich der beste Teil des Hotels. Es ist nicht fantastisch auf irgendeine Weise und ich würde nicht mehr zahlen, als ich hier wieder für die Nacht zu bleiben. Sauberkeit war gut. Die Vordertafelfrau war schön, als wir später ein paar Snacks bekommen sahen und sie scheint gerade erschöpft, über den Tag, und ein wenig irritiert. Wir blieben im Behindertenraum, weil es alles war, was sie verlassen hatten, obwohl ich eine Woche im Voraus buchte. Das Zimmer war gut, aber die Patio/Backdoor war direkt außerhalb unseres Zimmers und alles, was wir alle Nacht und Morgen hören konnten, waren Menschen in und aus, Kinder schreien und schlampen Türen in und aus für Stunden. Der Pool sah schön aus, aber wir hatten keine Chance, es zu überprüfen. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt und ich würde wieder zu diesem Preis für das, was wir haben, bleiben und nur einen anderen Zimmer beantragen.

All and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.

Die Reparatur von Anlagen ist erforderlich.

Die Lage erschien schrecklich. Mein Zimmer war im 2. Stock und der Straßenverkehr war extrem laut. Fahrzeuge racing ihre Motoren, so klang es, als wären sie vor 1 Uhr gut racing. Und dann begann der Lärm wieder früh am Sonntagmorgen, so dass ich endlich um 6 Uhr aufkam. Es gab keine Kaffeekoppen in meinem Zimmer und der Tasse mit dem Kaffeemacher war zu hoch, um mich zu erreichen. Das Bett war so nahe an der Fensterseite, dass Sie auf das Bett kriechen mussten, um das Gürtel zu schließen, und dann wieder in den offenen Bereich kriechen. Ich weiß nicht, wie jemand das Bett machen kann. Und warum gibt es nur einen Parkplatz oder müssen Sie einen Parkplatz finden? Sie bleiben nicht hier noch einmal oder empfehlen es jedem.

Das Hotel wird aktualisiert und wird sehr schön sein, wenn es fertig ist. Unser Zimmer wurde neu gemacht & sehr schön, aber nicht komplett. Vermisst das Schrank am Türpunkt, nur 1 kleines Geschirrspüler und einige der Handtücher waren mit einigen Löchern threadbar. Keiner von denen verrückt die Armen bleiben!  Wir machten die Buchung online & war nicht erstattebar. Mein Problem ist, es gab keine Erwähnung, dass weder der Pool noch der Heißröhre nutzbar waren! Es wurde nicht einmal erwähnt, als wir angemeldet wurden. Es gab nur ein Zeichen auf der Pool-Zimmertür.  Frühstück war gut, aber Kaffeemaschine war zerbrochen 😞  Wir würden noch mal bleiben, aber nur nach dem Anruf, ob der Pool offen war (Ich war auf das freuen 😞)
