Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung, wo immer es nett und freundlich war. Niedriges Ambiente, Mitarbeiter, wo außergewöhnlich vor allem das Personal Anya war sie erstaunlich,ein Leben retten und freundlich. Aber ich war nicht zufrieden mit dem Frühstücksbuffetservice.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Flughafens und nahe gelegene Restaurants. Gute Größe Zimmer und komfortabele Betten. sehr komfortabel.Großer Parkplatz.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Flughafen-Shuttlebus, der alle halbe Stunde fährt, aber möglicherweise nicht pünktlich ankommt. Wenn er länger als eine halbe Stunde dauert, wird empfohlen, sich an die Rezeption zu wenden. Übrigens ist die Gegend in der Nähe des Hotels relativ sicher. KFC liegt direkt vor der Tür, aber es ist schwer zu essen und kann nur den Hunger stillen. Mit Uber in die Stadt zu fahren ist nicht teuer

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

Dieser Laden ist sehr neu und sehr sauber, die Rezeption-Service-Personal ist enthusiastisch, die Straße in der Nähe ist mit dem LKW-Viertel durch Touristen, überrascht und glücklich 😃 Ein Laden, der sich sicher aufhalten muss, danke Trip.com! Trip.com ist eine andere Wahl!

One room Rm#511 did have TV service.  Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host.  If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich und unhöflich. Als ich nach dem Abendessen zurückkam, wurde ich aufgehalten, mit zahlreichen Fragen konfrontiert und daran gehindert, auf mein Zimmer zu gehen. Ich wurde regelrecht verhört, bevor ich mein Zimmer betreten durfte – ein höchst unprofessionelles Verhalten.

Es war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, in Kimpton the Shane zu bleiben. Die Home-Reservierung wurde täglich gemacht. Nice Toiletten wurden bereitgestellt, ersetzt wie gefordert/erfordert. Wir waren da, um die Stadt zu besuchen, aber es könnte auch ein schöner Ort für den Aufenthalt sein, da sie eine Menge Zimmerservice mit einer Bar und Restaurant beigefügt haben!

Ein von John Portman entworfenes Hotel, in dem Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts berühmte Architektur erleben können. Günstig, das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und der Preis ist hoch. Der Transport ist bequem und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten oder selbst fahren, ist das Parken im Hotel für 55 Dollar nicht rentabel, aber es gibt viele andere Parkplätze in der Nähe und es finden auch Straßenfeste statt, sodass Sie beruhigt in der Nähe parken können. Der Zimmerservice des Hotels ist durchschnittlich. Die Inder, die ans Telefon gingen, waren sehr gleichgültig. Darüber hinaus kam es in der Zwischenzeit zu einigen kleineren Zwischenfällen, und die geplante Zeit kann überhaupt nicht geändert werden. Allerdings ist die Serviceeinstellung von Ctrip sehr gut und das Auflösungsergebnis recht zufriedenstellend.
