I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section.
The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Menginap di Hermes Palace bulan November cukup memuaskan. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, stafnya ramah dari awal check-in sampai checkout. Sarapannya lumayan variatif dan rasanya oke. Lokasinya strategis jadi mudah ke mana-mana. Kolam renangnya juga bersih. Kekurangannya cuma WiFi kadang lambat di malam hari. Overall tetap nyaman dan layak untuk diulang

Lokasi sangat strategis…dekat kemana2 apalagi bersebelahan dengan mini market dan pam bensin serta di sekitarnya ada pertokoan jadi kalau mau beli sesuatu tinggal jalan kaki saja. Kulineran pun bisa dengan jalan kaki…

Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich nahe Baiturrahman, einen kurzen Spaziergang. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr grundlegende. Es gibt keinen Aufzug in diesem Hotel und wir müssen die Treppen klimmen, aber wir sind glücklich, dass wir ein Zimmer im ersten Stock haben. Das Personal hat uns auch mit unseren Taschen geholfen, also gab es kein Problem.

Really worth the money. The hotel is near to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman and in a walking distance. Very suitable for those travellers aim to go for frequent prayers at the mosque. Apart from that, the hotel located besides Blang Padang area which is local recreational area where you find local cuisines and place to enjoy Banda Aceh’s view

Das Personal dieses Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet und so komfortabel - große Luxus nach 10 Tagen im Dschungel und eine Woche auf Pulau Weh. Easy central location too. Eine große Option in wunderschönem Banda Aceh

GGastnutzerOne night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

GGastnutzerHad such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

EEdan1285Letzte Minute buchen dieses Hotel nach Ankunft in Banda Aceh am 22 Nov 2023. Preis vernünftig. Wir erhielten Zimmernummer 333 und leider war die WiFi-Verbindung zu schlecht. Keine Verbindung in dem Zimmer und wir müssen in die Lobby gehen, nur in der Lage, angeschlossen zu werden. Informieren Sie die Empfangs- und Empfangsbeantwortung kann nichts getan werden. Nach dem Abendessen habe ich mich wieder an ein anderes Rezeptionspersonal beschweren und er reagierte sehr gut, indem er uns hilfreich war, ein anderes Zimmer zu 355 zu wechseln, das ist Verbindung Wifi war extrem gut. Auch hilf uns, unser Gepäck zu tragen. Er war so hilfsbereit und sehr gut Mitarbeiter. Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen waren ok. Sehr empfohlen für Muslim Gäste.

Cche norina hassanal bashryUpon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.
