Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof Nagano, bietet uns sauberen Zugang zu lokalen Verkehrsmitteln, Restaurants und Komfortgeschäften. Das Zimmer war platzfrei sauber, gut ‑gepflegt und ruhig im gesamten Aufenthalt, mit kompletten Einrichtungen und komfortablen Betten. Das Personal war warm, polit und sehr effizient, bietet einen gewissen Service einschließlich sicherer Gepäcklagerung. Das Frühstück hatte eine Vielzahl von Optionen mit leckeren lokalen Spezialitäten, frischem Zutaten und ausgewogenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist es ein hochwertiges ‑, praktisches und hoch empfohlenes Hotel für Freizeit- und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Nagano.

We did have a great experience staying in Twin Line Resort. The staff were so accommodating. Breakfast was good and you have 4 sets to choose from. We appreciate the amenities like the free bath salts and free drinks and nibbles also the free bike rental. Excellent value for your money.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett war komfortabel. sehr sauber und ruhig. Komfortable Bett mit fester und weicher Kuchen Verfügbarkeit. Onsen und Fitnessraum sind auch verfügbar. Trocknungsraum für Skiausrüstung und Spielraum für Kinder. Service war sehr responsiv und spricht Englisch gut genug, um die Anfrage zu verstehen. Lage ist nahe zum Ski Resort, aber sehr weit von allem anderen entfernt, wenn Sie nicht fahren. Ihr Shuttle Bus zum Bahnhof nur 3 mal am Morgen und am Nachmittag betrieben. und es gibt nur 2 Essen Restaurant, es sei denn, Sie buchen raus. Nichts viel zu tun am Abend und in der Nacht. Anständiges Essen und Atmosphäre. Frühstücksoptionen sind jeden Tag gleich, aber die Variante war ok.

1. Parking - Parking is behind the hotel, and they will check your booking and give you a parking chit (駐車券). The person manning the parking situation doesn't inform you beforehand that you have to bring this chit to the lobby for check in. We left it on the dashboard as we thought it indicates that we can park here. If you're travelling with alot of baggage, it can get pretty inconvenient as you will have to walk one round around the hotel for accessible routes to avoid a flight of stairs. 2. Check in procedure - 三條-san was helping us with the check in. Did not feel welcomed, and everything just felt routined and mechanical. This was still acceptable. When it came to asking for the parking chit, we said we left it on the dashboard and whether we could return later to show it to him. We were really not informed that we had to bring it to the reception. 三條-san's face immediately showed a face of disgust and annoyance, and he mildly rolled his eyes too in displeasure. My partner immediately ran to the car to get it for him there and then. This was pretty shocking to me as I did not expect Japanese hospitality to be this rude and nobody mentioned to us to bring the chit to the reception. He could have been more patient and handled it more professionally. We were also unaware at the time of making a hotel reservation that you have to book a breakfast slot at the time of your check in. We checked in at around 7pm, and we were only left with the 6am or 6:30am breakfast slot. This felt very restrictive as everyone has different waking habits or plans for the next day (Felt like we were back in school). You were also restricted to 50 minutes duration at breakfast. Having to change my plan entirely just because of this restriction felt ridiculous. Would I get a refund of the cost of the breakfast if I can't make it for any of the breakfast timings? If this was made known at the point of the hotel reservation, I might have reconsidered as the slots for the more human timings seem to get snatched up really quickly. All in all, the check in progress was pleasant and 三條-san was a huge reason for it. I will recommend future visitors to avoid him if you see that there are other staff manning the reception desk. 3. The J floor rooms were lovely. Clean, decent size, filled with amenities and complimentary drinks even those in the fridge. The hotel room itself was lovely compared to what happened in the lobby. 4. Breakfast - Despite being left with the ridiculously early breakfast slots, breakfast spread was great. Wide range of food and if you get a window seat, you have a good view of the city.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Muss in Nagano bleiben. Für uns das beste Hotel, das wir in unserer japanischen Reise geblieben haben. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig im Vergleich zu japanischen Hotelzimmern und es ist nur 5-8 Minuten vom Bahnhof Nagano entfernt. Das Frühstück ist großartig mit schönen Bergblicken. Sie haben eine große Ausstattung. Wird sicher wieder aufhören, wenn wir wieder nach NagNo kommen.

Die Cottage waren etwas aus dem Weg, aber sie sind perfekt - im Winter toastig, geräumig mit einem Bad pro Schlafzimmer, und über den häufigen Busservice zugänglich. Es wird sogar besser, wenn eine Mikrowelle im Wohnzimmer geliefert wird, und wenn unsere Ski-/Snowboard-Freude in der Schließzimmer in der Nähe der Strände gespeichert werden kann (wir dürfen das tun und müssen sie jeden Tag in unsere Wohnungen zurückbringen). Wir haben im ersten Zimmer im Hauptgebäude zuvor geblieben und würden sagen, jede Erfahrung ist einzigartig, aber das Aufenthalt im Hauptgebäude wäre bequemer und das Aufenthalt im Haus ist besonders im Winter.

Perfekt gelegen am Bahnhof Nagano - mit Don Quijote mit Fußwegbrücke verbunden nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Personal am Frontdesk war fantastisch, immer lächelnd und proaktiv auch! Das Zimmer ist ein wenig datiert, aber mehr als komfortabler für die Nacht. Die Einrichtungen im Lobby waren auch gut genug, um zu erhalten, PJs auf jedem Zimmerboden. Gute Haltestelle, wenn Sie für eine Tagesreise zum Snow Monkey Park gehen.

We booked a Triple Deluxe Room in a corner position. It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The shower and bathroom are thoughtfully placed in a separate area outside the room along the corridor. On the second floor, guests can enjoy free snacks and drinks at the guest lounge. A FamilyMart is located right across the street, making everything very convenient. It’s a pity we only stayed one night — we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!”

Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, aber hat eine nette Auswahl an Lebensmitteloptionen, einschließlich Lachs, mehr Desserts und verschiedene japanische Lebensmittel. Ich habe nur eine Nacht geblieben, aber ich glaube, sie haben einen Arsch und andere Einrichtungen. Gut wert. Ich war in anderen Hotels in Nagano, und diese war super.
