Everything about this place is divine! The street you drive down is a skinny windy street covered in flowers leading you to the most scenic view of the ocean in Paros. The front entry with the tables for the resteraunt next door is stunning, the beautiful stairs down to the pebbly beach where the waves lapping over the rocks could put the fussiest baby to sleep. When you walk in you are greeted by the happiest and most hospitable ladies you could wish for who tell you all the great spots around the island and would help you with anything. Then you have the actual room, ours was the deluxe triple room it has a kitchen with table and all you need for making your own food and a fridge big enough to fit everything. The bathroom and shower were a great size and the washing machine was a god send to get all our washing up to date. The beds were comfy and the room spacious enough to move around. The aircon worked perfectly and the balcony was the place to sit and watch the world go by. You would think it couldn’t get better and then you get asked what you would like to choose to be cooked for breakfast! The food was amazing, each day everything was fresh even the breads and croissants you couldn’t want for more. I would come back in a heart beat, our family adored this place and it will be etched in our hearts with the memories we made there.

You book hotels and you book homes. The host Eleni made us feel like the latter. This hotel offers a small and cozy room located onthe brim of Parikia. Very convenient to find once leaving the port. For travelers looking for a nice place to crash when exploring the island and the everything it offers. The host offered usable advice on car rentals, beaches etc and the always contactable whenever we needed help and worked for our schedule for room cleaning. For breakfast and supplies you’re always a minute walk from shops and a mice bakery. I strongly suggest booking here over more tourist populated Naousa.

We had a wonderful stay at Doukissa Hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the port, close to the town centre, and only a few minutes from the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring Paros. Our first impression was that it felt like stepping into a charming old mansion with plenty of character. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and it had the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a family-run property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help. They assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging a taxi to the airport the next morning, which turned out to be even cheaper than Uber. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the complimentary slippers, which we rarely came across during our travels in Europe. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, genuine hospitality, and outstanding service. We’d definitely stay here again.

To be very honest, Akrotiri Hotel was not one of my favourite hotels throughout my stay in Greece. Paros is a dreamy island for sure, but not having a car might make it difficult for you to visit places from Akrotiri Hotel itself as there were no shuttle provided to the town. Every place around was a uphill hike or a steep downhill. At least they provided shuttle to and from the port as promised. There were insects around the room and mosquitos too, as it is a hotel surrounded by nature. The service was good as they pointed out places for us to visit and dine. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and was the only person that was willing to go above and beyond without any compensation in mind. Maybe because it was relatively new, there was not much facilities around the hotel. The room was tiny and the bathroom was even tinier, the shower head was busted and the storage space limited. Our room was a basement kind of place with people walking by early in the morning and late at night. I mean, it's a little bit depressing at times. Luckily there was the pool area, but the pool was only open from 10am to 7pm, which was crazy given the fact that sunrise was quite early in Paros like 6am and sunset was around 8pm. This pool closing so early and opening so late was really a bummer as I don't get to swim early in the morning or after a day trip out and about. All in all, as I said, it's not the best for its price point.

Wir hatten einen so großen Aufenthalt in den Mersina Zimmern, trotz des Besuchs Naoussa im Freizeitraum. Anna war so wunderschön, hält ständige Kommunikation mit uns, sogar aus Stunden, gab uns viele Empfehlungen von Orten, die wir trotz der Schließung vieler Orte noch besuchen konnten. Sie half mir Busse mit wirklich klaren und hilfsbereiten Anweisungen zu finden. Ich denke, das ganze Hotel war trotz uns leer, aber wir fühlten uns immer noch zu Hause und der Check-in- und Check-out-Service wurde uns einfach gemacht. Es wäre toll gewesen, die Essbereich unten zu beproben, aber das ist unsere Schuld für die Reservierung von Saison! Das Zimmer selbst war schön dekoriert, wirklich gemütlich und Klimaanlage war leicht zu benutzen. Liebe unserem kleinen Balkon und Sitzbereich draußen. Würde sicherlich wieder besuchen, wenn die Stadt mehr besetzt ist!

Great location, nice workers and good breakfast

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very concerning incident. I handed my luggage to the concierge for safekeeping, and when I received it back, I discovered that several personal items were missing, including a purse and a perfume. I immediately reported the matter to management and requested their cooperation in investigating what happened and reviewing the CCTV footage. I am not making any accusations, but the circumstances were extremely concerning, especially as the items went missing after my luggage was handed over to the concierge. This incident significantly affected my experience, and I would strongly advise guests to take extra care of their valuable belongings. للأسف، تأثرت إقامتي بحادثة مقلقة جدًا. سلّمت أمتعتي للكونسيرج لحفظها، وعند استلامها اكتشفت اختفاء عدة مقتنيات شخصية، من ضمنها شنطة يد وعطر. أبلغت الإدارة فورًا وطلبت تعاونهم في التحقيق ومراجعة كاميرات المراقبة. أنا لا أوجّه أي اتهام، لكن ملابسات اختفاء المقتنيات كانت مقلقة جدًا، خصوصًا أنها اختفت بعد تسليم أمتعتي للكونسيرج. هذه الحادثة أثرت بشكل كبير على تجربتي، وأنصح الضيوف بأخذ احتياطات إضافية مع مقتنياتهم الثمينة.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Breakfast is very good, location is close to the port, if u don’t feel like renting a car, this hotel takes $ 20 euros to come from the port and you can just relax here. I mean a taxi. Hotel staffs are very helpful, we also enjoyed the beach just 5 min walk from the front of the hotel. Our room needs some improvement but you can book better room I’m sure, I booked mine in such last minute, got a room has garden view not sea view, but it is at the main bldg we do not need to drag our big luggage onto slope or stairs, so I have no complaint about that. We had dinner at the hotel, lamb shank is excellent and not expensive, we paid more $ at Naoussa, and the food is actually better here, calamari is very good too. Only one issue I have is bug inside the room, I had to call the reception lady to come inside my room to help me kill a bug in the bathroom. Well, I live in Florida with tropical garden settings, I am not surprise to see bugs, but inside a hotel room is not quite good. Overall I would give 4 star, that bug took away the one star.

Perfekte Lage, 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen von Piso Livadi. Saubere Einrichtungen, großartiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Wir würden wieder bleiben!

Was dieses Hotel wirklich getrennt hat, war das Herz und die Seele hinter ihm. Vagelis, der Hotelbesitzer. Von Anfang an machte uns Vagelis wie Familie fühlen. Seine warme, willkommene Persönlichkeit ist wirklich ein-der-Art, und es ist klar, dass er sehr stolz darauf nimmt, dass jeder Gast eine unvergessliche Erfahrung hat. Er ging aus seinem Weg, lokale Geheimnisse mit us versteckten Stränden, leckeren Tavernen und malerischen Lefkes, die wir sonst verpasst hätten. Seine Tipps waren unschätzbar, und seine Leidenschaft für seine Insel und seine Kultur war ansteckend. Wenn Sie eine authentische griechische Erfahrung mit einem persönlichen Kontakt suchen, ist dieses Hotel der Ort, wo Sie bleiben. Wir werden sicher zurück sein! Nicht zu erwähnen, die großen Zimmer, komfortable Bett, nahe der Nähe zu Naoussa und Meerblick! Es ist alle Tops im Buch!
