I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The first great point is the proximity to the Fukushima Station. When I arrived, my check-in process was handled by the Manager, Matsuda-san. He was very friendly and warm. The room I stayed in was decently-sized, giving me enough room to walk around with a large suitcase and other bags on the floor. A suitcase stand and a small stool are provided. The beige wallpaper provided a nice contrast to the dark carpet. The controls for the room were absolutely fantastic - I could, for instance, adjust the brightness of the main light and the strength of the bathroom exhaust fan. The bathroom was slightly cramped, but I managed. An alarm clock is also provided for guests. The default blanket in the room was far too hot; even with the heating turned off, I felt like I was being roasted while I was in bed with the blanket covering me (and this was in winter!). I didn't like the default pillow either, it was too hard. On my last night, I requested a thinner blanket and softer pillow. Thankfully, the hotel was able to provide them, and I slept much better after using the new blanket and pillow. Funnily enough, the mattress was also quite hard, but it didn't give me any problems. The sound insulation was fantastic, and the cleaning staff were super quiet! I almost couldn't tell that they were outside my room doing their work! I also very likely had considerate Japanese guests on my floor, hence the peace. Nearby the hotel is S-Pal, where you can buy all sorts of prepared meals (if you're lucky, you can find a few vegan options). There's also a large pharmacy, and there are many convenience stores around. The main complaint I have is that the check-out time @ 10:00 is too early. I think 12:00 would be a better time. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those. I definitely recommend Hotel Route-Inn Grand Fukushima Ekimae to others, and I will definitely consider staying at Route-Inn hotels in other parts of Japan! Side Notes: (1) If you have large luggage and arrive at the Fukushima Station, you'll have to take the elevator at the west exit, and when you reach the ground floor you'll see another elevator about 20 metres in front of you (slightly to the left). This second elevator will take you to the underground passage, which you can use to get to the east side of the station, where Route-Inn Grand Fukushima is located. Do note that there is a rear entrance to the hotel (next to a public parking lot), and this will save you from walking to the front of the hotel with all your luggage. (2) Vegan options in Fukushima are unfortunately extremely limited, but you can find some vegan tofu bars and a few other items at 7-Eleven...but be sure to use Google Lens to translate the ingredients!

Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Thermalbad war sehr entspannend, und die Einrichtungen, einschließlich des Fußbads, waren ausgezeichnet und haben mir sehr gut gefallen. In einigen Bewertungen wurde der Service bemängelt, aber die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war köstlich, und der Begrüßungsdrink sowie das Yokan (süßes Bohnengelee) waren eine nette Geste. Ich fand den Aufenthalt hier wirklich lohnenswert. Da der Bus nicht direkt zum Hotel fährt, kann man Sie, wenn Sie von der Aizu Samurai Residence anrufen, an der Bushaltestelle abholen lassen. Eine Kleinigkeit noch: Das Reinigungspersonal hatte unsere Futons vorbereitet, aber am Ende warf sich einer der Männer aus unerfindlichen Gründen nieder, obwohl er nichts falsch gemacht hatte. Das tat mir leid für ihn. Ich finde, das war unnötig. Vielen Dank. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt!

Das Hotel ist erstaunlich, super gemütlich und fühlt sich sehr exklusiv, da es nicht viele Zimmer gibt. Der gemeinsame Bereich mit dem Feuerplatz ist alles. Kostenlose Getränke, warme Feuer37 ich könnte buchstäblich dort den ganzen Tag kühlen. Großer Raum, und die Futons sind überraschend komfortable. Wir haben das Halbtisch (Frühstück und Abendessen) gemacht und es war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfreich, 10/10 Service. Die öffentlichen Bades von Onsen sind wunderschön und so entspannendperfekt für die Schmelz weg Muskelschmerzen. Ehrlich gesagt, die Private Onsens (insbesondere die Outdoor) sind ein wenig grundlegende. Keine Toiletten oder Ausstattung da draußen, also sei nicht besorgt, wenn man nicht eine Buchung kriegen kann; die Hauptbads sind trotzdem besser! One Heads-up: Hier ist eine legit Schwefel Onsen Stadt. Der Geruch ist stark und buchstäblich an meinen Autositzen für Tage fest. 😂 Hier ist ein wenig Luftfrisher!

初めての二本松宿泊で、tipcomの口コミを参考に 光雲閣さんに、叔父と3人で宿泊しました 駐車場は、光雲閣さんの上下にありどちらにとめても良いそうです、3時少し前にチェックイン、今回は各自一部屋のお部屋に宿泊、2階部屋の宿泊だったので、大浴場と足湯の所へは スムーズにそのまま向かうことが出来ました、 翌朝の朝食ブュッフェは4階清風へ 受付の方から、ブュッフェ会場の従業員さん皆さん とても一生懸命で、応対も優しいです また、菊人形の時期に訪問したいと思います 夫も叔父も私も大満足です 大変にお世話になりました

Dies ist ein sehr beliebtes Hotel, das von japanischen und ausländischen Gästen begrüßt wird. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, das zu tun. Ein kleines Restaurant nahe gelegen, das heißt ”Mame Sara”, ist sehr gut!

Das war unser erstes Aufenthalt hier, so dass es hier und dort Probleme gab T_T Da dieses Hotel sehr beliebte pls sicher zu buchen früh und prüfen Sie den kostenlosen Bus Service vor der Buchung. Das Essen war groß mit vielen Optionen und es gibt verschiedene Wassersportaktivitäten, aber es ist vor allem an die Kinder gerichtet und die Gäste sind vor allem Eltern hier mit vielen Kindern hier und da so, wenn Sie kein Kind sind, dann könnte es hektisch sein. Es gibt heißen Pool, so dass es keine Notwendigkeit zu betonen, wenn das Wasser kalt ist nur das Hotel ist alt, so gibt es einige Reparaturen hier und da so ist es gut zu prüfen, was im Zähler passiert. Die Lage ist recht abgelegen, etwa 7-8 Autominuten von nahegelegenen Restaurants und Supermärkten entfernt. Die Einrichtungen sind älter, aber sauber, und das Personal ist freundlich. Nachmittags gibt es in der Lobby auch eine Sake-Verkostung.

I am quite impressed with this hotel and almost try to reserve another one from the same hotel grouo. First, the room is not big but it is decided to use the space efficiently, e.g. standing shower instead of bath tub. large TV attached to the wall (which is a smart TV!), simple chair and can be placed below the desk. And in terms of facilities, there is a small bookshelf of comic books, massage chair ( with no cost ) in the relaxation room. The public bath has mid side hot tube, a sauna and cold bath. And for breakfast, there are good variety of choice and the area is large and comfortable. I think it is a result for thoughtful design and good use of space (again!). The only downside would be the lobby is located at the 3rd floor and the entry is facing a sidewalk, which can be confusing to find.

年越しにお邪魔しました。料理、お風呂、接客、とても良かったです。お料理も丁寧に説明していただき、ゆっくり楽しめました。お風呂もいろんな種類のお風呂があり、さすが飯坂温泉って思う優しく温まるお湯でした。

Has everything needed and the cost performance is decent. A thing to be cautious about: I booked a room for two and didn’t check the bed size in detail. One bed ended up being a bit small for tw, but that was my fault.
