We were very happy with our stay. The room was amazing and hi-tech. The boss and her daughter was very friendly and was extremely helpful. She also sent us to the scenic area. Highly recommended this place. We had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner. During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended! 我们在这家云上小棧民宿度过了一次非常愉快的住宿体验！民宿位置十分优越，位于前往望仙谷景区最近的小街主干道上，周围有许多商店，但即使临街，房间依然安静，房间的隔音非常好，不受噪音影响。 房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。 抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！ 入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。 民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！ 我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

I want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle. My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating. The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems. We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints. The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket. Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view. We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat. Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together. The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them. The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them. The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.

Diese Pension liegt am Eingang des Naturschutzgebiets, nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und parken am besten frühzeitig am Straßenrand am Dorfeingang, da während des Frühlingsfestes Hochsaison ist und viele Autos unterwegs sind. Es empfiehlt sich, die Wirtin vorher anzurufen; sie wird versuchen, mit ihrem Dreirad einen Parkplatz für einen zu finden und einen dann zur Pension zu bringen. Wir riefen erst bei unserer Ankunft an, und die Wirtin war zu beschäftigt, sodass wir eine Stunde am Straßenrand warten mussten, was etwas ungemütlich war. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir früh abreisen, und die Wirtin, noch etwas verschlafen, brachte uns zum Parkplatz. Sie war sehr freundlich. Allerdings waren die beiden Betten im Zimmer recht laut und knarrten beim Umdrehen; die Dorfbewohner zündeten während des Frühlingsfestes bis spät in die Nacht Feuerwerkskörper, was ebenfalls etwas laut war; und die Hähne krähten lautstark vor Tagesanbruch! Die gebratenen Nudeln waren sehr lecker. Ach ja, und das Zimmer war nicht sauber; auf dem Bett lagen benutzte Gesichtsmasken, und wir hatten vergessen, Zahnbürsten ins Zimmer zu legen. Der Föhn war etwas schwach.

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in Wangxi Xiaozhu B&B während meiner Reise nach Wangxian Valley, und es übersteigt wirklich alle Erwartungen – definitiv verdient eine 5-Sterne-Vollzeit! Das Zimmer ist schön mit einem modernen minimalistischen Stil konzipiert: leichtes Holzböden, ein super komfortables King-Size-Bett mit scharf weißem Bett und einem weichen Beige-Werfen, warmes Umgebungslicht aus dem Kopfboden und viel Raum zu entspannen. Alles fühlte sich neu und unspottbar sauber – von den Linen bis zum Boden. Ausstattung wie die elektrische Kessel, mini-Kühlschrank und bedenkliche Touchs (Gewebebox, Stromstreifen, Klimaanlage) machte es sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause fühlen. Eine der Highlights war der riesige Projektor – Wir löschen die Lichter aus, schüttelten auf das Bett und beobachteten Filme auf einer massiven Wandprojektion. Es schuf die ultimative gemütliche Filmatmosphäre nach einem Tag, der das Szenengebiet erkundet. Die Aussicht vom Fenster zeigte schöne Berge, die zu dem friedlichen Vibe hinzufügten. Das Badezimmer war modern und luxuriös: slanke gefrorene Glasdusche, intelligentes WC, Rücklichtspiegel und viele frische Handtücher – Alles unverschmutzt und hochwertig. Die Lage ist bequem, nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Wangxian Valley, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre ist ruhig und entspannend. Hoch empfohlen für Paare, Familien, oder jemand, der eine komfortable, stilvolle Basis für ihre Reise - Ja. Danke den Gastgebern für eine so wunderbare Erfahrung – Sie haben auch komplimentäre Fähr- und pickup-Service für uns zum Wangxian Valley angeboten! Nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Der Chef kann auch den Service zu einem besseren Preis zurück zum Shangrao-Bahnhof arrangieren als didi ... Schließlich, meine ehrliche Anerkennung an den Chef, der mich informierte, dass ich meine Tasche und Werte in meinem Zimmer während meines letzten Tages verlassen hatte. Ich bin von einem Volksgrünland gepflanzt, wirklich sehr komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr gut, der Service des Leiters ist anwesend, sehr enthusiastisch und intim, das Gefühl, nicht das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel zu verlieren, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Liuqiang komme, wähle ich diese Unterkunft.

Upon arriving at Shangrao train station, we were met by our driver whom I had seek Qinglan Minsu's owners' help to organize. She was so helpful and helped communicated with him throughout as i don't have a local line and kept me updated after I confirmed our train arrival time. It took about 1 hour to reach and Ling Fang, the owner, was there to welcome us. She gave us the card key and told us that our room is in the next building on the fourth floor. Downside was that we had to lug the big bag upstairs ourselves. She told us that she has upgraded us to a nicer room with a sofa as all the rooms are taken. Tip- ask for a lower floor if you can't manage though I am sure if it's daytime, there will be someone to assist but we arrived pretty late. She did offer to carry for us but we declined. It was worth the effort. The room was beautiful and very clean and in the day time bright and cheery. You could even see the valleys. Aircon and hot shower worked well. Amenities were complete. I love the zen decor, simple,clean and bright. I personally dislike dark and dim rooms so I was very happy with this. Bottled water, tea and coffee were available in the room too. I love the fact that they provided disposable towels plus regular large towels and the tissue paper provided are 4 ply at least. There were extra bottles of water available on the first level too. She was so kind to give us information regarding vagoo scenic area and the suggested itinerary through WeChat. She even offered to send us and pick us after we told her our plans and timing. We were so grateful for that as it took the stress off having to look for transport etc after a tiring day. Fyi-There are many homestyle cooking type of restaurants near the minsu. When she found out that the plug-in mosquito repellent is empty, she was very apologetic and offered us 2 breakfast vouchers but we declined as we preferred to rest and skip breakfast. The next day, we got up and asked if there are any places of interest around and she suggested the bridge nearby. It was beautiful and we walked past many other bnbs. We had lunch at one of the restaurants and returned after to rest a bit before going to the scenic area. When we were ready, she came to pick us up. We returned and saw that she had gotten someone to change the repellent. I asked if she could help us book transport to the train station the next day and she kindly assisted. The shared transport came on time and we were at the train station with time to spare. She is such a gracious and lovely host and we really enjoyed our stay there. The warmth and welcome we received from her truly made us feel like we are family visiting and nothing is too much trouble for her. We would definitely go back and stay there if we have a chance. I highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Shangrao to stay at Qinglan.

We had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail. We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget. Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!! We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

Die Landschaft im Hof war atemberaubend. Nachdem ich um 10 Uhr aus dem Wangxian-Tal zurückgekehrt war, machte ich ein paar Fotos im Hof. Sie waren so fotogen. Die von der Tante gekochten Nudeln waren köstlich (sogar die Nudeln ohne Chili waren sehr aromatisch, sehr empfehlenswert!). Der B&B-Besitzer war auch sehr freundlich und half uns, ein Auto zum Huangling Scenic Area zu buchen, was günstiger war, als direkt einen Fahrer zu mieten! Sehr empfehlenswert! Wäre der Zeitplan nicht so eng gewesen, wäre ich noch eine Nacht geblieben.

Enttäuschend hier bleiben. Wir hatten keine Wahl, sondern unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern, weil es chinesisches neues Jahr war und es sehr schwer, einen anderen Ort zu finden, um zu bleiben, und auch mein Mann war krank, so dass wir unsere Pläne ändern und eine Nacht zu verbringen, damit er sich ausruhen konnte. Der Ort riecht wie Rauch überall. Wir haben ein Baby mit uns und wollten einen Rauchfreien Ort. Trotz der Zeichen im Lobby sagen Kein Rauch, Leute rauchen dort und die Vordertafel Leute kümmerten sich nicht um. Die Handtücher in unserem Zimmer hatten Asche auf ihnen und riechen wie Rauch. Sie wurden auch geschnitten und mussten schwer ersetzt werden. (Wir haben ein Rauchfreies Zimmer und haben bei unserer Reise gelehrt, dass alles, was sie für Rauchfreie Zimmer tun, ist die Fenster zu eröffnen, bevor Sie ankommen. 🤦🏻♀️) Es gab nicht genug Toilettenpapier, als wir ankamen, und obwohl sie mehr lieferten, als wir es fragten, war es einfach ungünstig. Der Toilettenpapierhalter wurde gebrochen, so dass wir irgendwo anders finden mussten, um die Rolle des Toilettenpapiers zu platzieren. Der Tauch leckte und es sollte ein trockenes Waschraum sein, das ist einer der Gründe, warum ich den Platz reserviert, aber erwies sich als ein nasses Waschraum. Unglaublich ungünstig mit einem Baby. Die Duschedrainage fehlte eine Decke und es fühlte sich nicht sicher für mein Kind, wenn sie duschete, weil ihre kleinen Füße in sie gefangen werden könnten. Einer der Tage, an denen wir etwas länger ausruhen mussten, fragte die Hausmeister uns, wann wir verlassen, damit sie unser Zimmer sauber machen konnte. Wir sagten, wir brauchten noch 2 Stunden (um 2 Uhr) sie versuchte, in unserem Zimmer zu vertreten und sagte, sie wollte früh rauskommen. Ich fand das unglaublich brutal. Ich verstehe es ist CNY und Sie wollen zu früh nach Hause gehen, aber das ist nicht etwas, was Sie einem Gast sagen sollten, der bezahlt, im Hotel zu bleiben. Front Desk Leute auch nicht freundlich scheinen. Sie sahen nie irgendeinem von ihnen lächeln. Wir sprechen natürlich nicht flüssig Chinesisch und sie lachten uns, als sie uns nicht verstehen konnten und auf keine Weise hilfreich waren. Insgesamt, nicht sehr angenehm Aufenthalt. Ich würde nicht mehr hier bleiben.
