Das Hotel war sagenhaft und die schönste Erinnerung an die gesamte Reise. Der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und stilvoll, die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen sind super exquisit und lecker, übertreffen den 4-Sterne-Standard, sind nicht teuer und bieten ein sehr hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Dieses Hotel, das aus einem Kloster in der südeuropäischen Landschaft entstanden ist, besticht durch eine wunderschöne Kapelle, ein Restaurant mit Bar in einem umgebauten Flur sowie Olivenhaine und Felder in seinem Garten. Auch die verschiedenen Säle in den öffentlichen Bereichen laden zum Erkunden ein. Der Außenpool dürfte im Sommer sehr beliebt sein. Das Hotel verfügt über zahlreiche Zimmer und bietet Platz für größere Reisegruppen; ich habe dort eine Gruppe von Rentnern gesehen. Obwohl das Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt liegt, ist die Stadt selbst sehr klein, etwa vier Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und eine Taxifahrt zum Bahnhof kostet nur etwa fünf Euro.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt neben der alten Stadt Ewula, mit einer hervorragenden Lage und einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Das Hotel ist wunderbar, weil das Fenster am Straßenrand sehr schlank wird, aber das Fenster ist sehr gut geräuschlos und es ist sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz im Hotel der Tür ist kostenlos.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Viele Einrichtungen wie Innenpool, Spa, Fitnessraum. In unserem Zimmer war eine gebrochene Tür, aber nachdem sie an die Rezeption berichtet wurde, wurde sie in weniger als 30 Minuten befestigt.

The first thing you’ll hear when you arrive are birds chirping. It’s like stepping into Garden of Eden. The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

Instalações a precisar de renovação, nota-se que é um bom hotel, mas precisa de trocar o chão (alcatifa) e móveis (antigos). Outro aspeto menos bom é o facto de se pagar para usar o ginásio (5€) e o snoker (8€ preço excessivo ...) e não dar para regular a temperatura do ar condicionado. À parte disto, cama confortável, boa televisão e grande parque de estacionamento

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Evora und haben uns das MouraSuits Hotel gebucht. Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben. Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen. Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche. Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
