⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in Mestil! Der Ort ist super sauber, schön gepflegt und bietet ein echtes Gefühl von Luxus und Komfort. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen sie wirklich machen Sie zu Hause fühlen. Ich war auch sehr beeindruckt von der obersten Sicherheit im gesamten Gebäude, die mir den vollen Geist während meines Aufenthalts gab. Mestil für jeden, der Kampala besucht es ist eine der besten Gastfreundschaftserfahrungen in der Stadt! ⸻

The hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!

Das Hotel ist in der Gesamtumgebung sehr gut, der Hotelservice ist sehr enthusiastisch und die Gesundheitssituation ist auch sehr gut. Das US-China-Unterhotel ist auf der Straße, einige von den Straßenzimmern haben Automotive, die den Schlaf beeinflussen. Wir wechselten später ein Zimmer ruhiger. Aber es gibt eine Bar im Hotel am Freitag eine Geburtstagsparty. Die Klangschallzahl ist sehr groß. Die Nächste ist noch nicht abends um 11 Uhr. Dann rufen Sie die Rezeption an, um die Musik des Hallmanagers zu verringern.

- The rooms were clean. - The food was okay. Not bad, not good. - It is surrounded by a market and metal workshops so there is some noise depending on the room during the day but at night the noise is not apparent. - The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Empfehlenswert - Mir hat es gut gefallen. Aber Achtung: Bei Buchung „Gemütliches Studio Apartement“ erhält man die unterste Zimmerkategorie (Nr. 20) in Nähe der lauten Wirtschaftsräume, in denen Betrieb bis in die späte Nacht herrscht. Besser sind die „Standard Suite“, die vor Ort 50$ kostet und großzügigen Platz anbietet. Wichtig: Reisestecker mitnehmen.

Nice and clean room. Hotel has a Chinese restaurant which was excellent. Being in the main business district I thought it would be noisy, but it was not at all. Great hotel if you want to be in the central business district, good views too.
