The rooms at this hotel are nice for the price and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is near tourist hotspots like the Acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki areas and despite this our room was quite quiet. The room had a large TV, a small closet, a work station, mini fridge, tea/coffee station and had good WiFi. The lighting was good and not too bright and the window let in a lot of natural daylight during the day. We wish the balcony had a couple of chairs on it because it is a nice area but the rooftop bar makes up for what the room balcony lacks. The bathroom had great water pressure and I felt this was one of the best showers I had during my time in Greece. The shampoo, shower gel and handsoap all smelled nice and had a touch of sea salt during our stay. The towels were clean and soft. We felt the shower could use improvement as it is a little small and it leaked water through the doors so we had to put a towel down to help with the water. The rooftop bar is fantastic and they had a good variety of well made cocktails and some non-alcoholic options. It is absolutely worth checking out and is open 24/7 but the bar is open from 6 pm to midnight. They had some good options too for food but we felt you would pay a premium here for the drinks and food compared to other restaurants in the area. We thought the view justified it as it gives one of the best views of the Acropolis and we enjoyed a very nice sunset here as well. The breakfast was decent and had enough variety. There were breakfast staples like bread, cereals, sausages, scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. They also had a couple of salads, vegetables, fruit slices and some preserved fruits. They had a good selection of Greek breakfast items like yoghurt, honey, cheese and spinach pies and some desserts. The beverage station included a coffee making machine, juice and water. The staff we interacted with were welcoming and efficient. We paid the city tax on arrival and were quickly handed out room keys. At breakfast a lady came to check in on us and other guests to ask us about our stay and spoke to other guests in other languages. The hotel has a laundry service and baggage storage and had we stayed longer here we would consider trying these out. This was a good stay in Athens and we were happy with the price in March. We enjoyed being surrounded but cafes, restaurants and shops and being very close to the major sights of Athens. There are also quite a few convenience and grocerg stores nearby but many closed around 9 pm during our stay. The Monastiraki metro station is very close too and it takes about an hour to get here from the airport. You can keep using metro to get around the area too but we found it quite walkable for the activities we wanted to do.

Das Hotel ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock (in Europa „Erdgeschoss“ genannt) hat einen Außenbereich, und ich konnte Zigarrenrauch riechen. Das Ambiente konnte ich nicht perfekt bewerten, da ich dort einen Zwischenstopp einlegte. In der Nähe gab es nicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Geschäfte, nur die Flughafenshops. Als ich von Santorin nach Athen zurückflog, war es nach 19 Uhr, und mein Rückflug nach China ging erst am nächsten Tag um 6:30 Uhr. Ich stöberte in den Flughafenshops, aß schnell etwas auf meinem Zimmer (um die drei Konservendosen aufzuessen, die ich vor meiner Abreise nach Santorin in Athen gekauft hatte, und ein Fisch-Bento, das ich gerade am Flughafen gekauft hatte) und ging dann ins Bett. Ich schlief tief und fest, bis mich mein Wecker um 4 Uhr morgens weckte. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Flughafen, fünf Gehminuten von jedem Ausgang entfernt. Kein Navigationssystem erforderlich.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und mitten auf einem Markt! Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist köstlich. Vom Dach im achten Stock aus können Sie die Spitze der Akropolis sehen und die Lichter sind nachts wunderschön. Tatsächlich kann man auch zu Fuß bis zum Gipfel des Berges gehen, es ist nicht sehr weit. Die Akropolis ist spektakulär! Es empfiehlt sich außerdem, zu jeder vollen Stunde zum Syntagma-Platz zu gehen, um der Wachablösung beizuwohnen.

🈯️Lage – praktisch, 10 Minuten zu Fuß nach dem Flughafen X95, beigefügt ist die Abfahrtszeit der X95 zurück zum Flughafen. 🏠Zimmertyp – Ich habe in zwei Zimmertypen übernachtet, einem Economy-Zimmer und einem Superior-Zimmer. Das Economy-Zimmer liegt auf der unteren Etage und das Superior-Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit einer besseren Aussicht. ☑️Es übernachten dort mehr Chinesen und das Frühstück ist einfach. Ich habe auch im Amalia übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind gleich groß, aber die Lage ist besser größer und es gibt eine Badewanne. Ich finde, dass dieses Hotel immer noch kostengünstig ist.

酒店位置無可挑剔，就在憲法廣場附近，治安良好，可以步行去所有主要景點！ 酒店設施也比較新，工作人員熱情周到，早餐雖然每天樣式無變化，但是餐品質量非常好、品質紮實。 美中不足就是酒店衹有第一天送礦泉水，我們連住了4晚，後面三天都沒有礦泉水。由於當地人習慣喝水龍頭水，且房間內配有咖啡機，所以他們沒有專門準備燒水壺，如果想要喝熱水、熱茶，衹能用咖啡機煮水。

Modern, neat and clean hotel. Very decent sized rooms and well equipped with everything that you would need. Free pickups to and from the airport. Location wise. Apart from the proximity of the airport, there is nothing that you can do around here. Everything is about 25 minutes away towards the city. Food at the restaurant is as good but the chicken breast that we ordered was very dry and as it got colder, it started getting stringy. Fish and chips was good. In the room, mini bar, tea and coffee and good amenities. The shower is placed in an odd place being across the bath tub so it was a bit confined. Apart from that, all was as good as it gets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for a short stay or transferring.

Die Lage ist großartig, eine bessere Wahl für unabhängige Touristen. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich eine U-Bahn-Station. Wenn Sie nach Santorini fahren und die Blue-Star-Fähre nehmen möchten, können Sie einfach die Straße überqueren. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, der Service ist großartig und das Frühstück ist zwar nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber eher nach unserem Geschmack.

Ich habe dort 2 Nächte verbracht und liebe den Ort, die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal, die Lage und das heiße Wasser, besonders wenn es draußen kalt ist. Die Zimmer sind auch größer und haben einen Balkon. Nachteile🫠: WLAN war zu langsam Alte Klimaanlagen, die nicht mehr funktionieren oder das Zimmer nicht einmal heizen, wenn es draußen eiskalt ist. Im Zimmer gibt es mindestens einen alten Stuhl, der Geräusche macht, wenn jemand darauf sitzt.

Location!! 400+ mtr from airport bus stop . Bus nombor X95 stops at Syntagma Square(the last stn). 300+- to Monastiraki Square. Monastiraki metro abt 400* mtr to the hotel. Loads of restaurants & cafes around the hotel. Many shops nearby for shopping. The best Bakery 72H sells sourdough breads are also foot steps away. Basically its located is at the centre of everywhere. 20 min walk thru Plaka if you wanna go to Acropolis. Theres a church nearby which ring bells many times a day, it doesnt border us. Service! Super friendly staffs. All the reception guys ad the housekeeping nice persons. We arrived early(ard 11.30am) and the hotel allow us to check in immediately. We had our room cleaned & towel changed! There is a lift to take your luggages to the room. There are soaps ready for you. Cleanlines! Spotless! Love the balcony facing the street. Theres no coffee tea in the room. Room size are adequate for a family of 4 adult. If we were to go to Athens again, will definitely stay here. Highly recommended

Das Bedbox Hostel ist ein echtes Juwel! 💎 Als 32-jähriger Alleinreisender fand ich es perfekt für mein Winterabenteuer in Athen. Die Lage ist super zentral, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Monastiraki, sodass man die Stadt leicht erkunden kann. Die Schlafsäle waren sauber und die Betten bequem und mit Sichtschutzvorhängen ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte für eine einladende Atmosphäre. Die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung und die gut ausgestattete Küche waren weitere tolle Extras. Insgesamt ist es ein fantastischer und günstiger Aufenthalt im Herzen Athens. Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍
