Das ist das dritte Hostel, das ich in Santiago geblieben habe und es war von weitem mein Lieblingshaus! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Schrei an den Christen, der über die Kunden hinaus geht und Sie sich zu Hause fühlt. Ich kann ihm nicht genug für all seine Unterstützung danken! Neben den großen Einrichtungen sind Betten bequem und die sozialen Bereiche sind schön!

Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu .
To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards

Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr gut, geeignet für Geschäftsreisen und gehört zum Zentrum. Und das Hotel ist immer voller und es muss frühzeitig reserviert werden. Wir wollen später weiterbleiben.

Ein fantastisches, großes Zimmer in bester Lage im Zentrum von Santiago. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und ich durfte sogar schon um 10:30 Uhr ins Zimmer.
Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker.
Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, da das Wasser zu kalt war.
Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für drei Tage in Santiago.
Die Begrüßungsgetränke waren ein zusätzliches Highlight.

The front desk staff doesn't seem to have any interest in working. No greeting and blackface throughout. Saw us struggling with luggage at the front door without providing any assistance. Both just stare at you. This hotel is very expensive with poor service. I guess you pay for the location and convenience.

Hotel très sympa, bien placé en mode auberge donc bonne ambiance. Personnel gentil, réactif. Dommage il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre mais pour une nuit pas de soucis

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen in einer sichereren Region, aber das Frühstück ist relativ allgemein. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe, das bequem ist, die Verpflegung ist vergleichsweise üblich, natürlich ist der Preis nicht sehr billig. Insgesamt ist es okay, das nächste Mal sollte ich noch dieses Haus leben.

GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

AAlexey NikulinEin Standard-Hotel mit modernen und sauberen Zimmern. Der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich (Danke, Olaf), das Restaurantmenü war wie üblich überpreist (aber Sie haben wirklich keine andere Wahl in der Nähe). Für den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service sollten Sie sich im Voraus anmelden, entweder auf dem Empfangsbüro oder über die Kommunikation auf dieser Website (die Sitze auf dem Shuttle-Van sind begrenzt). Der Shuttle verlässt alle Viertel (15 Minuten) über eine Stunde (20.15, 21.15 und so weiter) vom inländischen Terminal (suche nach der rosa Spalte außerhalb der Ankunft) und jede Stunde (20.00, 21.00) vom Hotel.

SSparklyTravelerLoved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags!
There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good.
The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags.
Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!!
Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

GGastnutzerThis is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

But the shuttle instructions were very confusing- it’s quite a walk from outside airport where other services do pick up, and hard to find spot as it’s in the middle of the car park, but well inside the building which made no sense. I waited closer to entrance of car park and once realised it was not coming, had to pay for a taxi which cost $25USD. This was annoying as I booked expecting an easy transit and Aldi because I wasted time and energy after a long flight.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Santiago, with easy access to shops, restaurants, public transport, and cultural sites.
The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the modern loft design, large windows, and thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite the central location, the room was quiet and peaceful.
Everything felt clean, secure, and well maintained. What truly stood out is the great value for money—considering the quality of the service, location, and comfort, it exceeded my expectations. I felt relaxed and well cared for during my entire stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.
