The hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

Etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Aber direkt an der Tram-Haltestelle. So das sich der Marktplatz von Krakau in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen lässt. Rund um das Hotel wird noch gebaut. Wir haben aber ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Sicht zum Stadion bekommen. Top-Ausstattung. Riesiges, sehr bequemes Bett. Mini-Sofa. Cooles Design. Modernes Gym im Untergeschoss. Gutes Frühstück in Buffet-Form. Allerdings erst ab 7 Uhr. Für Business-Gäste etwas zu spät. Insgesamt ist das Hotel trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

Das Hotel ist für den Preis in Ordnung. Es liegt jedoch weit außerhalb der Krakauer Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden, allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Problem mit den Zimmertüren behoben würde. Sie schließen abrupt und machen dabei viel Lärm, was unseren Schlaf ständig stört. Außerdem wäre ein Smart-TV wünschenswert. Wir haben an zwei Tagen einen Weckruf angefordert, der jedoch beide Male ausblieb, wodurch wir an einem Tag unseren im Voraus bezahlten Ausflug verpassten. Später wurden wir dann aber regulär zum Auschecken geweckt. Es wäre gut, wenn die genannten Punkte berücksichtigt würden, um die Servicequalität zu verbessern.

I stayed at Tribe Hotel in Kraków with friends while celebrating my birthday, and we had such a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and really took great care of us throughout our stay, which made the celebration feel even more special. The hotel itself is awesome — stylish, modern, and with a really great atmosphere. Everything was clean, well designed, and comfortable, making it the perfect base for our trip. 5/5 Thank you to the team for helping make my birthday celebrations so memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return. 5/5!

Nice hotel. Get the breakfast everyday. Really near to all attraction. Recommend to stay here. Can walk to krupowki street, walk to main station bus or train.

I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room

Super place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stepped off the 300 bus from Krakow city - 10 minutes walk to the airport or there is a shuttle bus. Great room with everything you could need and tastefully decorated and designed - they give you a glass carafe and there is a water dispensing machine on each floor so that you can help yourself . Super modern and comfortable with a perfect shower room with underfloor heating. Great bar area which is also used for the Massive buffet breakfast which was superb. Just perfect

The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the center, however it is close to both a train and a tram stop. Breakfast was fair, and the receptionists were nice. My room was clean. It was a nice stay.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.
